29/9/2016 09:51 | Watch the squeeze | dice1950
29/9/2016 09:51 | Are you going to admit you were wrong ? Everything isn't 'settled'. Hulsey revealed in Court documents that the Company was up to some very rum things. The Company capitulating and not fighting those allegations suggests there is some fire as well as smoke. I expect the FCA and other authorities will be watching AERO very closely from now on. IF AERO tries to get Government contracts I am sure 'concerned taxpayers' will be making their concerns known to their Councils/MPs etc about why taxpayer money is funding a potentially dodgy company | the stigologist
29/9/2016 09:50 | Hulsey wants to be in SA if Read things right! Clever bloke but maybe a bit head strong, I doubt he'll be a thorn as he's not stupid, understands the business and what this sector offers, Good things ahead, everything's settled and it's doubtful there will be any hard feelings, Good deal as far as it seems, espesailly for shareholders | bygdennis
29/9/2016 09:46 | Expect Placing at 0.625p ? | the stigologist
29/9/2016 09:46 | The other issue is that the finances are still poor (they gave up precious equity rather than cash in the settlement) They will now need to go out on a bucket shop fundraising round Market selling this news probably shows that the calls have already gone out and bucket shop clients are short selling | the stigologist
29/9/2016 09:45 | So there was rather a lot of merit in Hulsey's case then! | kemche
29/9/2016 09:45 | hulsey tied in for 2 years so what has he been told -(( | dice1950
29/9/2016 09:44 | Expect a multitude of new contracts now wink wink amazon and military | dice1950
29/9/2016 09:43 | All they will need now is another fundraising presumably. | kemche
29/9/2016 09:32 | letmepass, do you not think that there would not have been an agreement put in place to say the shares would not be traded for a period of time if that was the case? | clocktower
29/9/2016 09:29 | Expect a multitude of new contracts now wink wink amazon and military | dice1950
29/9/2016 09:29 | How do you know he will dump.. He might hold for a year... So many soothsayers here | letmepass
29/9/2016 09:29 | Delighted this is all over, but on first read it seems to me that Hulsey Smith has got the much better deal Also he got a lot of shares to sell! | timbo003
29/9/2016 09:28 | Great, All clear now and lots of news to look forward to, Hope we're all in and ready to fly in the clean fresh air | bygdennis
29/9/2016 09:27 | So much for No Merit in his claims from the company and lawyers. As you say Stig expect a dump or it may have already been started with the knowledge of 44 million shares coming. | clocktower
29/9/2016 09:25 | More likely it is the realisation that this could drag on which I am sure is putting prospective clients off - with this out of the way it should improve - yes, they capitulated but sometimes you have to swallow your pride and move on. | weegeordie
29/9/2016 09:24 | Thanks still as positive and clueless as ever | letmepass
29/9/2016 09:23 | 44m shares at 1p = £440k ? Looks like AERO have admitted defeat and they were in the wrong | the stigologist
29/9/2016 09:23 | Look out for 44 million shares being dumped soon... | the stigologist
29/9/2016 04:48 | FAA Opens Door to Commercial Drone Market Two Motley Fool analysts discuss the potential impact of FAA regulations for the commercial drone market. Motley Fool Staff (the_motley_fool) Sep 28, 2016 at 3:35PM When someone mentions drones, your mind may automatically go to products such as GoPro's (NASDAQ:GPRO) new Karma drone. However, the commercial drone market could potentially add $82 billion to the U.S. economy in the next 10 years, according to the Federal Aviation Administration, which bought in new rules and regulations for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS). In this clip from Industry Focus: Consumer Goods, Motley Fool analysts Vincent Shen and Sarah Priestley discuss these regulatory changes. A full transcript follows the video. | dice1950
