02/2/2021 10:16 | 12 shrs only available to be exact, perhaps a large buy order in progress - have put a small limit order in for 10k at 36p to test the waters and see if I can get anything filled | return_of_the_apeman
02/2/2021 10:03 | yup, jack-diddly offered | mattjos
02/2/2021 09:58 | Looks like this is about to move up sharply, not that you can buy any stock online at present :-( Limit orders only I'm afraid Looks like a move into the 40-45p range coming | return_of_the_apeman
29/1/2021 15:42 | tight online | mattjos
18/1/2021 16:20 | egg... I think the shape made (when rotated anticlockwise) is a little bit risque. and much loved by chartists | glawsiain
18/1/2021 14:00 | Mattjos, I'm still trying to work out the point you are trying to make! Re chart above. | eggbaconandbubble
15/1/2021 11:26 | Rotate that chart 30 degrees anti-clockwise such that the red downtrend line becomes horizontal. would you buy that? The Pressure is building: | mattjos
15/1/2021 09:54 | O/T conversely i've also started building CNG in the trading account purely as a binary bet! | elpirata
15/1/2021 09:50 | Ditto, this is now heavily weighted in the SIPP, I just dont see the point in holding the FTSE supposed 'divi' shares | elpirata
15/1/2021 09:46 | £2 is cheap as chips for the remainder of the stock he does not already own with the other main holders. The return on Equity at current prices is bonkers … they may just wish to reap the divi for years to come & a listed entity may have other uses in the future. We'll see but, I'm here for the long haul and shares in my SIPP | mattjos
15/1/2021 09:42 | you should be so lucky Mattjos, Wan Hamza always has the option of taking this out on a bid if he was so inclined, he's recently done just that with PureCircle | elpirata
15/1/2021 09:36 | I trust you're only a youngster! | eggbaconandbubble
15/1/2021 09:29 | I'll be waiting for more like £2 | mattjos
15/1/2021 09:07 | They can have 11,000 of mine for 50p a pop! | speny
15/1/2021 08:59 | Only seems to be 11,000 shrs left at 35p, 🤔 | return_of_the_apeman
14/1/2021 15:07 | delayed reaction lol! | elpirata
11/1/2021 17:43 | recall this from the annual report last June cf current mcap $91m With proper maintenance and professional operational processes, the Company is in fact operating a 1.9 million tons capacity cement factory in perfect condition and at the most recent level of technology. Any new entrant would need to invest between USD 200 and 250 million to set up an equivalent facility. This is to compare with the carrying value of property, plant and equipment in our books which stands at USD 55.8 million. The net equity of the company is USD 62.9 million (USD 61.0 million in December 2018). As an ongoing concern, a meaningful economic value would be closer to USD250-300 million. ie circa 90p per share | elpirata
11/1/2021 17:23 | Usually the stocks that pay this kind of dividend yield are v high risk, with a ton of debt and are in danger of going under. Conversely, STCM have a healthy net cash balance, near debt free and producing operating cashflow of about 1/5th market cap.. I haven't found a better looking income stock. We may see earnings a little down in USD for 2020, but the free cash flow yield is still likely to be around 20% I reckon. | king suarez
11/1/2021 17:10 | Have done exactly same sums and reached some possible conclusion :-) | mattjos
11/1/2021 17:08 | If I were to put all of my wealth into this share, I could earn a dividend in my ISA that would be slightly greater than my annual take home salary and then I could just sack off work altogether and be alright. But that would be stupid though, right? Right???.... | king suarez
11/1/2021 16:25 | Cheers for the info guys. I did look at the major shareholders when I first bought in last April, but was in the car and could not remember. When buying small caps I always check who the major shareholders are as part of my research. The 3 names mentioned hold over 50% of the shares (circa 120m shares), so its not surprising they pay such a handsome dividend, its the perfect cash cow for them. The great thing about them being the largest shareholders, they are obviously going to do what's in the best interest for themselves as shareholders, which benefits us too! | speny
11/1/2021 14:42 | plenty of stocks trade on 25x the divi value … here, that would equate to £1 & yet … here it equates to 31p :-) So ridiculously undervalued that I am sure most people pass it up on the basis that it's so damn cheap they think there must be something wrong | mattjos
11/1/2021 14:07 | Crazy share price ....bought a few more. | 11_percent |
