Results were out on the 19TH Jan last year so not long to wait.

To be honest no idea, the company is growing and fast i also have faith in what they are doing, they are good at selling and that[plus great service is what it is all about.] So much has been going on ive lost track a little. Results should be out soon.

I believe underlying annual profits must be near the £3.5m mark after the latest two aquisitions?

What is your take on profits going forward?

2010 will show us all the hard work that has been done, STP just keep buying and the deals should start to get up to the 10M mark soon.

Just the beginning.

Thinking of topping up given that these now at price of over a year ago despite acquisitions and the resolution of debt issue.

Can't understand why Penta would forego debt repayment for equity if they thought that the company didn't have good prospects.

Any views welcome.

if penta convert their loan notes at 40p, which they will I am sure, then they will own 25m extra shares or 39,556,212 out of the then total shares in circulation of 42,649,410.
Thats 93% of the company.
And serious dilution. I am struggling to see how the share price can rise in the face of all this.
Once the dilution occurs, the market cap will have more than doubled to £21m odd IF the share price manages to stay at 50p. I am inclined to say that a jump in valuation in the company of this scale is unlikely, therefore, are we not looking at the share price going down in the medium term.

Can anyone tell me what the market cap of this co is right now?
The ADVFN £307m figure is wrong I take it!

My rough estimate is 17m shares in circulation at 50p ps = £8.5m??

this is positive news on a 'down' day but I am not suprised as there is so much good news bubbling under this stock, onwards and upwards!
