no they don't. Most brokers find these illiquid small caps a pain. That pain is only made worthwhile if the spread is wide enough. In the case of STP though - it is only because the company has such a bad track record in the city that it is now so out of love. That love will come back though when the wide boys see just how undervalued it now is. It might take a while - but profitability within 12 months should be the wake-up call they need.

Yes just another suitable acquisition that will add further value to the 'acquire and grow' strategy, wonder when the next one will be?

I think a 15% spread by the MMs is taking the p---. Dont they want to trade ?

langshanks - totally agree the price is too cheap and the technologies part is just their wholesale side of the business they never could be big there but in the business side and with the increased management being brought along the way with some excellent acquisitions will just add more and more value. Suddenly the story will get out and then watch this motor up fast!

good to have an update. Mixed bag of performance for the half year...Spititel business powering along, with Spiritel technologies becoming a real basket case. The trading update though is excellent - in review of the last quarter. EBITDA of £2.3m puts this on a P/E of less than 4... without the technologies business though the P/E is just 3! Share price is just too cheap at the moment.

Excellent news and the focus is now on growing the business side rather than wholesale which is very positive news 'grow and acquire' continues to read well!

Should get a broker report out in the next few days. Next year this should be going like a steam train. Each time we get a new company on board, profits will zoom up.

Just what i have been going for. huge growth based on buying others on a pe of 3, reducing costs for a pe of 2 then cross selling to reduce the pe to just 1. In the meantime STP itself will be rerated to a pe of around 14. This company can more than double its size in quick order and then double again.

I have taken a gamble on tomorrows results and dipped a small toe in before any reshearch. Am i right in saying other than Penta Capital, Vose is the only director with a sizeable amount of shares.
