I refer to your email on annual timetable.



In normal circumstances we operate a defined annual timetable and would be able to provide the information readily.



However, I am sure that you are aware of our corporate objective of acquire, integrate and grow and this means that we get involved in an above average number of corporate projects and these inevitably impact the publication date for our Annual Results.



I am currently liaising with our auditors to agree a timetable and we will update our shareholders by the usual method.



I regret that I cannot be more specific at this time and refer you to the trading update that we issued in early May.



Please be assured that we are always alert to the interest of our shareholders.

This is only down because in the the last trading update it confirmed the next results / revenues will be below expectations. so no surprises about the current share price level... it will probably drift a little lower but see this as a good opportunity to top up etc....STP will be be back on track within the next 6/12months (imho. Keep the faith!

Seeking short term Investment I have brought shares in SpiriTel Plc share price 0.68p. as the Company's Business Division has secured a 30 month contract with a major international hotel chain for the provision of network services across the whole of their UK estate.
