Thats not the point, debt has gone it was like a hangover. Reading the results looks like huge deal is on the way that will reduce penta shareholding from the NEW 80% back down.

"The proposals include Penta converting up to GBP6.9 million of debt into equity at a price of 0.6p per ordinary share."

This means they will issue a further 1,150,000,000 shares!

There are currently 590 million shares in issue.

i.e MASSIVE dillution to come here!

yes - some dilution - but I can't see Penta looking to sell any shares in the mid-term so it should provide a decent level of support.

Rest of results look very good. Cash flow is fantastic considering where they were last year.

Results out, at last the debt is to go,[the main reason this share has been held back].

Yes it has been, I have been out all day and hoped a little more would of gone on but next week is another week and who knows, just got to be a little patient for the next few days........

Some half decent results, further good news and directors buying and this price should move up dramatically......fingers crossed for the next few days!

longshanks let's get past 3p first. Won't take much to get this going.

for info: my long term (3yr) target is 30p.

They could go even higher given their market but I think they will be bought out by one of the big players once they are a £100m+ business and have done all the hard work.

As ever, though, don't take my word for it - this is a risky play. Anyone considering this share should remember the adage, never invest more than you can afford to lose.

That being said though - I do feel that the biggest risk to anyone aware of this share at this price is that they will kick themselves really hard for not having bought more.

YES, and if STP buys again that*s the min price penta pay.

Hi tara7 is that with respect of Penta if they go higher?

All new shares to the 50% shareholder have to be at 1.5p or more, that alone point to 100% up from here.

Here's hoping that longshanks your views are good!? I think you are right....

My target for this is 3p short-term. I think a ~£15m valuation is not too demanding given its potential to deliver staggering, leveraged returns. In the low-interest environment we are likely to see over the next three years, companies like STP that effectively turn debt into income generation with returns in excess of 20% are going to do very well.

Perhaps it is time they added something to their strapline: Acquire, Integrate, Grow. How about: Make Shareholders extremely wealthy.

As these markets continue to pick up I would expect this to get back to the 1.5 area but with some good news maybe even higher.
