01/10/2009 06:52 | Thats not the point, debt has gone it was like a hangover. Reading the results looks like huge deal is on the way that will reduce penta shareholding from the NEW 80% back down. | tara7
01/10/2009 06:45 | "The proposals include Penta converting up to GBP6.9 million of debt into equity at a price of 0.6p per ordinary share." This means they will issue a further 1,150,000,000 shares! There are currently 590 million shares in issue. i.e MASSIVE dillution to come here! | someuwin
01/10/2009 06:35 | yes - some dilution - but I can't see Penta looking to sell any shares in the mid-term so it should provide a decent level of support. Rest of results look very good. Cash flow is fantastic considering where they were last year. | longshanks
01/10/2009 06:30 | Results out, at last the debt is to go,[the main reason this share has been held back]. | tara7
25/9/2009 20:13 | Yes it has been, I have been out all day and hoped a little more would of gone on but next week is another week and who knows, just got to be a little patient for the next few days........ | martin44
25/9/2009 11:07 | Quiet day today. | knowing
24/9/2009 22:12 | Certainly not the time for reducing holdings but more the opposite! | martin44
24/9/2009 21:47 | Probably why it has risen. | knowing
24/9/2009 21:38 | too quiet for too long..i am beginning to twitch with this... and have been reducing my holding over the last few days ft ft | ftang ftang
24/9/2009 20:21 | Some half decent results, further good news and directors buying and this price should move up dramatically......fi | martin44
24/9/2009 15:12 | longshanks let's get past 3p first. Won't take much to get this going. | knowing
24/9/2009 12:07 | for info: my long term (3yr) target is 30p. They could go even higher given their market but I think they will be bought out by one of the big players once they are a £100m+ business and have done all the hard work. As ever, though, don't take my word for it - this is a risky play. Anyone considering this share should remember the adage, never invest more than you can afford to lose. That being said though - I do feel that the biggest risk to anyone aware of this share at this price is that they will kick themselves really hard for not having bought more. | longshanks
24/9/2009 12:03 | Thanks I thought that was the formula but couldn't quite remember.....so only way is up now! | martin44
24/9/2009 11:58 | YES, and if STP buys again that*s the min price penta pay. | tara7
24/9/2009 11:55 | Hi tara7 is that with respect of Penta if they go higher? | martin44
24/9/2009 11:54 | All new shares to the 50% shareholder have to be at 1.5p or more, that alone point to 100% up from here. | tara7
24/9/2009 11:46 | Here's hoping that longshanks your views are good!? I think you are right.... | martin44
24/9/2009 11:41 | My target for this is 3p short-term. I think a ~£15m valuation is not too demanding given its potential to deliver staggering, leveraged returns. In the low-interest environment we are likely to see over the next three years, companies like STP that effectively turn debt into income generation with returns in excess of 20% are going to do very well. Perhaps it is time they added something to their strapline: Acquire, Integrate, Grow. How about: Make Shareholders extremely wealthy. | longshanks
24/9/2009 11:29 | As these markets continue to pick up I would expect this to get back to the 1.5 area but with some good news maybe even higher. | knowing
24/9/2009 11:06 | Absolutely Blue moving forward or miss out on the rise, long overdue...... | martin44
24/9/2009 11:04 | Moved again as I was typing | knowing
24/9/2009 11:01 | Let's see how things go as can't seem to get a post in on this busy thread. | knowing
24/9/2009 10:59 | Certainly starting to firm up and yes little stock available..... | martin44
24/9/2009 10:56 | STP looks different today....must be the colour. | knowing
24/9/2009 10:51 | Not letting too many go now. | knowing |
