AUS $0.19 = AUS $7240 = £3927

less dealing cost possibly foreign exchange fee = still profit available

And still only 5.75p......i just don't get it.....tge market sees value hence the 15% pop today but we should be aero g more like 100% to reflect the value of ratio and NWF current price.......thinking of doubling my 10k investment.

I check NWF details on the asx......fairly active stock, have really been much below 23 or 24 cents for any period of time. I cannot see why the share price on stellar is so low makes no sense.to me at all.

Completion of the Combination remains subject to the satisfaction or (if capable of waiver) waiver of the remaining Conditions set out in Part IV of the Scheme Circular, including the Court sanctioning the Scheme at the Scheme Court Hearing, which is anticipated to take place on 25 April 2018. Subject to the Conditions being satisfied or (where applicable) waived, the Scheme is expected to become effective on 26 April 2018.
Assuming the Court sanctions the Scheme at the Scheme Court Hearing, in accordance with Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for cancellation of Stellar Shares to trading on AIM to become effective at 7.00 a.m. on 30 April 2018. Conditional on the Court sanctioning the Scheme and the Scheme becoming Effective, the last day of dealings in Stellar Shares is expected to be 26 April 2018 and the Stellar Shares are expected to be suspended from trading on AIM from 7:30 a.m. on 27 April 2018.
The New NWF Shares are expected to be issued to Scheme Shareholders on 3 May 2018.

Bought more today and voted for the scheme with HL.....once the scheme is settled hsbc will hold the not crest NWF shares which I can then sell. Should make about 35/40% on the deal.

Might equally just be one of those unlucky situations where the share price is manipulated before the deal and collapses afterwards....

Gheebee......the new holding is not stellar diamonds. This company will cease to exist as of 27th April.I have chased HL twice for the paperwork so i can see clearly whats involved. Might just be one of those lucky situations where no one is watching or Interested and a fabulous oppertunity passes us by.......

Sorry my previous post was full of typos.HL have told me that next week I will have a chance to vote my shares. Apparently they are holding quite a large % of stellar diamonds issued stock. I hope that mid April will see us.much higher, once I have the full t and c of the vote things may be a little clearer.Either we are all sitting on a goldmine here with the real chance of 3 or 400% gains or its complete cr#p.......we will know in a very short time.

Spome to my sipp people today, HL. They will have the corporate action papers sent out to their clients (me included) to vote for this deal.If they are a good indication of the speed at which brokers work, then it might take until Christmas to see this deal done.
