23/2/2017 07:41 | Looks like Stellars management have been given a reality check. The fact that existing holders are offered shares shows their desperation. After running costs and expenses I bet the cash will only last months! imho | targatarga
20/2/2017 09:18 | not so good news but on paper. they hint on delisting. they did not give solid info where the 32 mill will come from. 170k USD from citigate seems to be huge number atm. on paper it looks good but there is reality to consider :) | kaos3
20/2/2017 07:56 | Interesting turn of events, not totally sure what to make of it as yet but it feels like a good deal, still expected Capex of US$31.8 million in first two years | tradermel
14/2/2017 12:22 | A poster on the LSE board has allegedly had reply from STEL via email. RNS this week - as expected I guess. | taxislags

31/1/2017 10:22 | Reverse takeovers 14. A reverse takeover is any acquisition or acquisitions in a twelve month period which for an AIM company would: — exceed 100% in any of the class tests; or — result in a fundamental change in its business, board or voting control; or — in the case of an investing company, depart materially from its investing policy (as stated in its admission document or approved by shareholders in accordance with these rules). Any agreement which would effect a reverse takeover must be: — conditional on the consent of its shareholders being given in general meeting; — notified without delay disclosing the information specified by Schedule Four and insofar as it is with a related party, the additional information required by rule 13; and — accompanied by the publication of an admission document in respect of the proposed enlarged entity and convening the general meeting. Where shareholder approval is given for the reverse takeover, trading in the AIM securities of the AIM company will be cancelled. If the enlarged entity seeks admission, it must make an application in the same manner as any other applicant applying for admission of its securities for the first time. | taxislags
26/1/2017 14:10 | Are the rules on suspended shares different for a company which is involved in a reverse takeover, rather than account filing issues etc etc? Haven't checked, but they may give more leeway. | grahamburn
26/1/2017 13:17 | They're bound to come back, they need to do some more placings! | bsg
26/1/2017 12:36 | Correction - It'll be 17th as that's the Friday before the 19th Feb. | taxislags
26/1/2017 09:46 | Deadline is 19th Feb, I think. Six months after suspension which was 19th Aug 2016. Not looking good here. | taxislags
26/1/2017 09:22 | I fear the worst. The silence has been deafening. The moral credentials of some of the people now associated with this company are non-existent. There's every chance they will run away with whatever value remains. We shall pay for the Lambos and Ferraris. I never understand how these people escape gaol. | solonic
26/1/2017 08:50 | still suspended, i thought we would have to have been delisted by now? | frogkid

04/11/2016 08:11 | Stellar Diamonds delivers a stellar deal | taffy100
27/8/2016 08:40 | As a non holder I keep checking in to see if the share is back, so I can find out how much I have missed out on for not buying in that day when I was tempted at 6p. However this is the case with a lot of other shares I fancy, so no big deal. | tivoliworldgaming
23/8/2016 09:00 | Apologies if posted previous. Octea Mining, the counterparty to Stellar’s potential transformational deal, is owned by BSG Resources, which is owned by diamond entrepreneur Beny Steinmetz.
