The Cynical,

If my memory serves me right, African Diamonds, which was a Teeling co. gave away some stella diamonds by virtue of holding African Diamonds. This was circa 2004.

love the name cynical - if you look back on the 7 year chart. Say you invested a thousand pounds in 2010. Your investment now before costs might be worth something in the region of seven pounds 50p.

morning all!

I have some of these stashed away.....I think I got them when there was a split of some sort years ago....can´t actually remember. Any of the long term holders on here able to help me figure out how many of them I have? I think I have a share certificate ( yes, it is that long ago..... ) but I don´t know where it is.

Was this originally from a Teeling company? Or a Conroy company? Help? ; )

24% annual interest rate and how long before the mine generates a positive figure, smacks of nvta all over again imho

It all looks sound to me. An exper operating in the local Leone area buying at (it looks to me) at fair prices. Balaton Will get the shares and stay in. Might even add some stel.

Looks like nwf closed up 3% on the asx to close at $0.3c

Investors down under must like the look of the deal. Makes stel at 6p look cheap. Equivalent to buying nwf shares for $0.14c (less than half current price)

By my calculations... 6p / 0.56 / 0.76 = $0.14c

Does HL allow ASX stocks?

If they do then I don't see it as being a problem -

All uk stocks in my ISA so i'm not sure if ASX are allowed -

If i owned shares here and the deal goes through will my shares be replaced by nwf shares in my portfolio?

I have an isa with hl, will i be allowed to hold asx shares in there? Or will they be automatically sold meaning i will receive the cash equivalent of x number of nwf shares?

Thanks in advance

By my calculations, at a price of 6p & assuming the deal goes through on the terms announced, buying Stel shares now is the equivalent of buying NWF shares at below their rights issue price of $0.15c.

Seems to be a fair deal, especially if NWF shares hold at their placing price of $0.23c & following the deal they will be a strengthened entity

Very significant upside from a low of 2.2p -

But it requires a larger company with larger resources to get the project moving -
