Just quite times to try to knock out the impatient before the huge rise begins.

When the operations start the share price is expected to more than double.

ARS announced a placing at 4.3p on Friday and now is 5.1p.
Nothing wrong with a little discount.

- Change in the definition of "Subscription Price" of the CLN Warrants (as such warrants are defined in the 6 October 2016 announcement) to the lower of: 5 pence or the Transaction Price (as defined below).

- The Transaction Price is defined as the lower of:
a) the VWAP of the next US$2 million in equity raised; or
b) the VWAP of the first US$10 million in equity raised after 1 February 2017; or
c) the VWAP of equity raisings from the date of this agreement until at least US$35 million in debt financing has been raised for the Tongo-Tonguma Project;

5p or less is what i get

Jubilee Platinum last week got 50m debt funding and the share price rose over 20% at one stage on that day. The director would not of not recently bought shares if he thought the funding was going to hammer the share price

Also the chart states that this price is the right time to be considering to invest here.

AMC had the same problem with Langstead but they still went from 3.5p to 43p.
There will be many rises here that will be sold into. As a result of the funding. However we will get there in the end.

The US$35,000,000 will also be raised in debt or equity finance.

The project will be worth at least 350m compared to the 2m market cap we are sitting on.

Fantastic news. As the market never thought the transaction would ever be completed.
Also it shows confidence that Steven Poulton has taken on more warrants.

Stellar Diamonds plc

("Stellar" or the "Company")

Update on Guinea Assets Sale

Further US$250,000 Exclusivity fee

Stellar Diamonds plc (AIM:STEL) announces that it has signed an extension of the exclusivity period to 31 August 2017 with BDG Capital ("BDG") to complete the due diligence process in relation to the disposal of Stellar's Guinea assets as announced on 5 June 2017 ("Guinea Announcement"). This exclusivity period may be further extended, if required, in order to complete the sale process. Due diligence is largely complete save for completion of the audit of one of Stellar's Guinean subsidiary companies and tax filings being completed for all three Guinea subsidiary companies being disposed of.

Coincident with the extension, a further US$250,000 is expected to be received by Stellar shortly from BDG taking the total exclusivity fee for the sale to US$500,000 ("Exclusivity Fee"). The terms of the Exclusivity Fee are as set out in the Guinea Announcement.

Review by Competent Person

This announcement has been reviewed by Karl Smithson, Chief Executive of Stellar, a qualified geologist and Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.

At least what they trying to sell is worth more than the market cap.
Even if there is a delay it will just mean its going to take longer.

One of my shares in my portfolio called AST has fantastic news today.
I expect STEL will be just as good soon. As the transaction is looking like it will be completed before the end of August.

Don't get too excited abeygale.

These extension announcements are becoming a little too regular.

Stellar need to get the deals completed so it can move forward.
