AUS $0.19 = AUS $7240 = £3927 AUS $0.18 = AUS $6859 = £3720 AUS $0.17 = AUS $6478 = £3514 less dealing cost possibly foreign exchange fee = still profit available good luck all! |
Posted at 12/3/2018 13:10 by 5chipper Just off the phone to HL. They have yet to receive any notifications from Stel, but they told me ASX shares will not be allowed in my ISA. They will be able to hold the shares in a non-isa account or sell NWF shares but it would be subject to much higher dealing costs. |

Posted at 02/2/2018 07:46 by 5chipper Looks like nwf closed up 3% on the asx to close at $0.3cInvestors down under must like the look of the deal. Makes stel at 6p look cheap. Equivalent to buying nwf shares for $0.14c (less than half current price) |
Posted at 01/2/2018 10:43 by 5chipper By my calculations, at a price of 6p & assuming the deal goes through on the terms announced, buying Stel shares now is the equivalent of buying NWF shares at below their rights issue price of $0.15c.Seems to be a fair deal, especially if NWF shares hold at their placing price of $0.23c & following the deal they will be a strengthened entity |
