Paper transaction for Australian shares, deal tied in with Beny Steinmetz's empire, massive fund raising to come, Chairman recently linked to alleged money launderer. Nothing to like here at all.

Makes no odds in the short term. The offer is on the table now 9.77p. If we rise above 9.77p I'll thinking a greater offer is coming.

Chipper........with any luck the market will recognise the value of the offer and place the share price accordingly. I cannot understand why we are stuck on 7.5p.....so caution makes me hold off buying more.

Just off the phone to HL. They have yet to receive any notifications from Stel, but they told me ASX shares will not be allowed in my ISA. They will be able to hold the shares in a non-isa account or sell NWF shares but it would be subject to much higher dealing costs.

Tidy.....thought we had accepted .....Well the big boys holding the warrents had accepted......dont see this falling down here ....more a question of it holding water at the NWF AGM.
