Forgot to give a NAV/share estimate for the end of June; I reckon 19.3p. I'm expecting an RNS soon.

They ought to buy more AAU. Been a long term holder, but the future is now looking very locked in in my opinion.

I guess they may sell a small amount occasionally to pay salaries or when they see good opportunities elsewhere.

Have they not made a commitment to distribute
something like half the profits from Greatland
to shareholders?

Do you think they will sell off shares like PRIM? Worry is without the GGP shares there's very little here?

That 12.8 was me - what a mug. I'm sure it'll still be OK. I bought 100K some months ago when they were a few pennies.

I just got ~80k shares for 12 pence on a
limit order that was filled after the close.

I sold 100k shares at 13.6p on 15th June when the discount to NAV had narrowed to about 25%. The gap has since widened and I've just bought them back at 12p.

NAV/share now approx. 19.1p.

Post on the CEY forum:

"Why Are They So Afraid Of Gold Breaking
Above $1,770?"

Apparently that is the next resistance and
the breakthrough to watch for.

P, I'm hoping that we don't see a repeat of 2008 after they introduced quantitative easing. Granted different circumstances. Below is a cut and paste overview.Lets hope we don't get a repeat albeit we still have the economic effects to kick in. Initially, after the financial crisis of 2008, quantitative easing was positive for the price of gold. It was a new and unprecedented programme?, which undermined the investors' confidence and caused a fear of inflation or even hyperinflation. ... Consequently, the stock market rose, while the price of gold declined.Zoo

Alan speaks for everyone, in his mind.

It seems to me that there is a delay between
any big movement in the GGP share price and
its reflection in the SVE price. That advance
warning was one of the reasons I shifted my
interest to SVE. Of course the discount to
NAV is the main reason. GGP has a smaller
spread, which is of interest to those who
trade in and out, but SVE is a better way
to buy into GGP by any other measure.

In order to try to return posts here to the main subject.GGP enters the top 100 AIM shares on Monday, which may attract some more attention that in turn should be reflected here. Monday morning the MMs may also try to drop the price in order to catch some stop losses. I'm tempted to top up here in order to balance my to holdings but there may be a buying opportunity first thing on Monday I shall see how the day pans out. Zoo

I bought GGP at 4p, sold at 5p, made £2.5K short term,
then decided SVE was a better way to get exposure,
at a discount. I now hold over 400k here.
