GGP at 21.15p is worth 30p/share.

At the current 21.8p, NAV of the portfolio is £19.4m or 33.6p/share. Discount still sitting just under 50% for buys at 17p.

The real value in sve is when ggp get bought out I feel.

Until then you are buying a £1 for 50p.
