22/1/2020 15:12 | zedder - could you pls guide me to a post or a link detailing their current portfolio - thnx... | skyship
20/1/2020 21:50 | Portfolio NAV up through 5p now. | zedder
16/1/2020 12:14 | 85m GGP at 2.2p is 1.87m which is way more than the 1.5m market cap of SVE. And with more good news expected from GGP, the future looks very promising for SVE. | jerseymike
15/1/2020 19:10 | yes my 100k buy a couple months back not looking as bad at all now. | stevieweebie2
15/1/2020 16:27 | Not as large as SVE. With SVE holding 85m GGP shares, and just under 56m SVE shares in issue, for every 0.1p GGP goes up, SVE NAV increases 0.16p. Portfolio NAV now 4.8p. | zedder
15/1/2020 10:08 | PRIM have large holding. | dafrog
15/1/2020 10:06 | GGP still forging ahead. Get 'em while they're cheap. | zedder
09/1/2020 09:56 | You pays your money and you makes your choice. | zedder
08/1/2020 23:27 | I was a holder but market cap of just over £1m was a bit scary. Are owners/staff paid? Should I buy in again? | dafrog
08/1/2020 17:06 | Market cap at 2.25p mid is £1.26m. GGP holding at 2.0p worth £1.70m AAU at 2.4p worth £290k ORCP at 1.05p worth £230k Then add in the cash and the other holdings and this is still very good value at present. | zedder
08/1/2020 16:58 | There have been about 350k net shares bought this week which is good to see. | zedder
06/1/2020 15:50 | At 2.0p for GGP those 84m shares are worth 3.0p/share for SVE. | skyship
06/1/2020 15:10 | Out of interest I just did a dummy quote and deal sale of 100k shares and was offered 1.925p. The spread is still crazy on this share though! | zedder
06/1/2020 15:04 | So company update gives it as 4.27p, so my spreadsheet is close enough to give a useful figure. That figure is now up to 4.5p with GGP at 2.0p. | zedder
31/12/2019 15:57 | I make the NAV at 31st December as 4.2p/share. | zedder
27/12/2019 11:33 | Nice to see someone have a 100k nibble today. They are obviously aware of the huge discount to current NAV of the portfolio, which I make 4.15p/share. I'll update when the market closes on 31st Dec and see how mine compares to the update we should get in early January. | zedder
16/12/2019 14:45 | Hmm I own 100k of these, it would indeed be nice to see them blue, due to the purchase spread its not something ive ever seen yet but I did buy them with a few years in mind and its only been 6 months. | stevieweebie2
16/12/2019 14:08 | Just the GGP holding is worth more than the current Market Cap of SVE. My spreadsheet gives the value of the current holdings as 4.2p/share. The discount is ridiculous! | zedder
16/12/2019 11:58 | https://www.newcrest | jerseymike
12/12/2019 16:42 | With ORCP closing at 1.35p (and hopefully much more to come tomorrow and over the next month or so), that holding could potentially be worth £295k. | zedder
12/12/2019 15:09 | If my spreadsheet is right and SVE still hold 21,867,333 ORCP shares, todays rise in those gives that as a £210k+ part of the portfolio. | zedder
28/10/2019 19:57 | That's a pretty significant trade at 1021 today, ie 1,049,650 at 2p. That's 1.88% of the issued share capital so will be interesting to see if it triggers an RNS. | zedder
12/10/2019 06:15 | The problem here is that the company overhead is 250k per year which off such a low capital base means it is like investing in a closed end fund with 12.5% fees, this is then made worse by the fact that it is a uk corporate which pays tax on realized profits so a very inefficient vehicle, 50pct discount to nav is probably fair but really a company like this is only viable with 10m gbp plus of assets. | catsick
03/10/2019 09:52 | Yes and yet people sell, very slow burn this one Zedder and if cash dries up as part of a general market credit crunch they will be in trouble, I took 100k shares punt here but unsure if it will pay off, lets see. | stevieweebie2 |
