YepBut some folk decided to sell a few into the rise, nothing wrong with that, maybe even Zedder selling a small chunk.Profit is profit after all.

Zedder - so as not to confuse someone - perhaps edit yr 1439 to "Company MCap based on latest mid...."

Given that the GGP holding can be confirmed, my attitude is that for every SVE share you buy, as you are effectively getting 1.5 GGP shares, you are getting those shares cheaper than buying direct and everything else in the portfolio is thrown in for free!

Zedder, or anyone:

The Interims state that these account for 95% of NAV:

AAU, ALBA, CORA, GGP, KEFI & ORCP

But unable to find how many shares held in each.

Also, we should have had the Finals to 30/09/19 back in November - but nothing arrived. Do you have any ideas on that?

Incidentally, ORCP are up c400% over the past 2 months!

The company never give exact numbers but I've tried to run a spreadsheet over the last 8 or 9 years based on RNS updates and statements in annual reports like "a modest sale in AAU" etc.

Biggest holdings at present:

85m GGP worth £1.955m at 2.3p. (holding confirmed on GGP website)
12m AAU worth £336k at 2.8p (12.956m minus previous 'modest sale')
21.867m ORCP worth £219k at 0.1p.
1.23m CORA worth £71k at 5.75p.

My guess ref cash is approx £100k. Plus there are lots of other small holdings: ALBA, KEFI, SRES, MAC, SO4, MIRL, RGM, EQRP and AR1. A couple only have foreign listings.

Company Mkt Cap based on latest mid is £1.65m. I make the portfolio value as £2.84m or roughly 5.1p/share. For the last few quarters of company stated NAV, I've been within about 0.1p.

85m GGP at 2.2p is 1.87m which is way more than the 1.5m market cap of SVE. And with more good news expected from GGP, the future looks very promising for SVE.

Not as large as SVE. With SVE holding 85m GGP shares, and just under 56m SVE shares in issue, for every 0.1p GGP goes up, SVE NAV increases 0.16p. Portfolio NAV now 4.8p.

I was a holder but market cap of just over £1m was a bit scary. Are owners/staff paid? Should I buy in again?

Market cap at 2.25p mid is £1.26m.

GGP holding at 2.0p worth £1.70m
AAU at 2.4p worth £290k
ORCP at 1.05p worth £230k

Then add in the cash and the other holdings and this is still very good value at present.

At 2.0p for GGP those 84m shares are worth 3.0p/share for SVE.
