14/2/2024 21:44 | I'm just waiting to see who is buying. Sat here patiently. | casholaa
14/2/2024 15:25 | Keep putting the price up …. Your still not having mine .. needs to begin with a 5 | gripfit
13/2/2024 23:31 | Looks like poised to go higher. Another buyback and for sure it would break 34 this time. | edukelis
13/2/2024 21:23 | I’m impressed with the past 2 weeks price increases,, | gripfit
13/2/2024 08:19 | can we reach 34 this week | edukelis
07/2/2024 08:31 | And back down we go ,,, like a punctured tyre … | gripfit
06/2/2024 22:29 | I think mostly covid and a bit of Brexit hammered things. But even at 30p per share, a company could spend that 5.8m quite easily for a hostile takeover to spread their wings at least into the UK market and also get that LSE listing. My thoughts are to keep an eye open to see whether HRNet buy a few. They could of course just put in an offer. I think Ellis is on their board, so in my mind, there may be a logical reason for that. If HRNet bought any now, based upon what you've indicated, the question would naturally be 'why?' | casholaa
06/2/2024 19:21 | it was HR's biggest mistake buying this stock for £21m in 2019 at £1.8 paying 50p premium as the share price was £1.3 at the time 5 years later 0 interest even at the bottom prices | edukelis
06/2/2024 17:02 | So on one view, at one point, HRNet were 0.05% away from a mandatory takeover offer and since then, there's been dilution and HS (+management)have been building up holdings. Let's hope that Asia/the far east comes out of the economic recovery starting blocks first. Just under 19.4m shares at £5.8m -3pps, should do it. HS does not have unlimited funds if you look at their accounts. As always dyor etc | casholaa
06/2/2024 14:37 | HRNet Starts buy acquiring 5.32% in the rns of 22 July 2019 RNS Number : 3110G Then on same date 22 July 2019, a different rns, RNS Number : 3113G, they are at 6.20%. Then on the same date 22 July 2019, in another rns, RNS Number : 3116G, they are at 7.39%. The on 1st August 2019, they go straight to 24.89% RNS Number : 6492H. Again on 1st August 2019 with a further rns, they go to 25.02%. On 4th September 2019, they up their stake to 29.95% from 25.73%(????)RNS Number : 2592L. This was all pre-covid and pre-Brexit and prior to fundraising by issuing shares etc. So I'm guessing that HRNet may have contemplated a takeover/reverse takeover but I am assuming that their holding has been severely diluted now and they are down to 17%. I've not looked whether they have sold any, I'm just guessing that they've been diluted. | casholaa
06/2/2024 13:45 | imvho HRNet buying may/could be the game changer with a view to a reverse takeover and the benefit of a uk listing for HRNet. | casholaa
06/2/2024 13:14 | It's company money, they can burn as much of it as they like as they can collectively have more than 25%. The ebt doesn't really matter, it's that HS isn't buying and the buyback and cancel has stopped. | casholaa
06/2/2024 10:28 | they make a profit of 1-2m a year, but they're issuing more bonuses for directors and employees then they actually make profit, why they didn't bought them when the share price was 21p and could've saved 30% £, they just love overpaying for stock and boost it temporarily just to go down again in a few days time. | edukelis
06/2/2024 10:07 | EBT purchase tells the reason why they are bidding for stock ,, a few buys will get this motoring imho | gripfit
05/2/2024 20:00 | Not fussed about HS buying anymore, although if they do, it shouldn't be for less than book value or at a premium. A takeover is still possible if a decent offer comes in and they'd find it difficult to justify refusing, as I'm sure they would. I'm waiting to see if HRNet starts to increase. By my calculation based on 149,190,000 shares, versus HS, TS and other management holdings, they have 25.88% so they can block a takeover from an outsider. In my mind, that leaves HRNet for a reverse takeover to help get it a UK listing or for some sort of merger. Anybody have a view on my view? | casholaa
05/2/2024 12:10 | big buy showing up from Friday 1.7m shares bought at 0.2825 so it wasn't low volumes as it appeared to. Is it Henry again should get an Rns at the end of the day. I just hope it’s not for the employee bonuses again. | edukelis
05/2/2024 11:56 | Not a bad time to cash-in if you wanted to as we are just bouncing off the long terms resistance. Back in around 23p ? | denholm elliott
03/2/2024 15:52 | A combined holding (2 or more holders siding with each other) of more than 25% can prevent a takeover where at least a vote of 75% is required to accept a takeover offer. | casholaa
03/2/2024 09:00 | HS buys for the pot but the company has been buying to cancel. I'm surprised the company has not started another buyback. | casholaa
03/2/2024 08:52 | Past 100DMA so maybe we’ll see 200DMA go soon!. The thing is will sellers pick up who bought at recent lows. Henry Spain will want them as cheap as possible to get to his 30%! | tia01
02/2/2024 18:47 | I think it was that bit where I understood them to expect things to remain as they are until 2025? I thought that was really very odd. | casholaa
02/2/2024 18:16 | Well definitely looking like it’s bounced and hoping to see 35p next resistance. Just seems strange that so many large sells in the last month! 30% off recent lows. How high will it go! | tia01
02/2/2024 18:11 | Only a quid to go…lol | gripfit
02/2/2024 18:01 | Good start for recovery | edukelis |
