4 weeks left till results, we'll see if they managed to make some money and reduce some debt and what else they have to say. If the debt increases again then we're f..... During tough market conditions they should save and cut costs, not borrow more and hope to repay later as we're already at 3 year's lows.....

Tia, Henry Spain is a small financial advising practice They have a licence to run their own funds, like a DFM, and they use Professor Glen Arnold to run a deep value fund. You can invest for 100k upwards. Its a longterm, highly concentrated equity only fund. The Deep Value Fund is loading up on deep value shares, eg staffline. They also have Character group. You can check RNS .They are not acting as a broker, buying up shares for a takeover ad you have misleadingly stated.

T.I. careful, these guys have a small margin so they work on volume. Each employer sector has it's own focus on temp & perm staffing needs so it's not easy conmparing one agency with another. I think staf are pinning their hopes on temp demand.

The debt is easily serviceable, but there's only a small window of opportunity to mop up stock at these levels. chance in a lifetime. The problem is, most won't realise how cheap they are until we start heading north.

Yeah only they know why they done it... let's wait and see what H2 results will look like, hopefully they managed to reduce that debt by now.

They should have not done a buyback and chucked the money at the debt. The net interest is needlessly stinging them over £2m a year.

Net (debt)/cash at end of period (8.0)
Stockopedia also got it at 8m

They didn't say all debt cleared, from the last report the debt was 8m. But they said the buybacks won't be done from borrowing extra cash and will be used from the cashflow.
