If they cleared all the debt, how come all the websites I've looked at indicate all those borrowings???

They said this money will come from cash flow not from the borrowings, and actually it was 5m not 6.

"Why would you need to spend 6m on buybacks if they only raised more in the fund raise at 50p which was over subscribed to clear all debts. The 6m could have been used for dividends etc. At least 6m gets you twice the amount of shares under 25p than the fund raise price of 50p I guess."

What are the borrowings?

Is this really an investment case or a hope that it may somehow jump in sp?

Another one you should checkout is the GYM group. Perfectly primed for a nice steady rise to about 250-270p-ish. Might spike up in January (if an RNS regarding peak numbers), but I prefer the slower route to riches. DYOR as always.

This could be the day a Rolls Royce type rise commences. Stick it in your memory banks. The turning point in the chart looked pretty clear last week. Only time will tell I guess, but it looks like the train is leaving the station.

I did speak to someone at Swindon site and he said they’ve just laid the last 95 Staffline agency staff off and said bmw making redundancies. Not sure about other sites though. I’m sure Christmas temporary staff in the food sector and shops will help results etc

Yeah they raised the minimum amount they had to raise, probably because wasn't sure if it will be oversubscribed, at least that worked out well.
I think they know what they're doing and in the medium term it will work out well.
They have all these new 14 sites from GXO, solid BMW contract, then new contracts with Allied Security and G4S which they haven't announced yet for some reason. Next year potentially interest rates will start falling down, predicted to drop to 4.25 by the end of next year, so a little patience required, but this easily can bring 100-200% profit within next 24 months. I keep adding whilst it below my average price, currently on average of 27.5p and minimum target 55p

Why would they spend £6m on buy backs to do a fundraise a month later lol

Why!
Most the legal ones round by me claiming disability and working cash in hand. No wonder the countries in a mess. Cut backs galore and no one policing claimants since Covid. Then the government give them inflation busting pay rises whist nurses and Doctors have to strike.
Good old conservative policies

Sounds like good old labour policies to me! If you think Labour will come in and cut back on disability and sick benefits then I suspect you will be disappointed.

That's not to say Conservatives haven't made mistakes, but with a financial crisis, Brexit, Covid and the Ukraine war to contend with, I don't believe any government would have done any better. It's easy to sit on the sidelines and criticise in any line of work, coming up with successful solutions and implementing them is very much harder.

They also buy shares in behalf of others that may wish to make an offer. So please do your own research as to who they are buying shares for!!!!

Yes but he does sit on the board too so must know how the business is doing.
They've generated £32 million in cash in the last 3 years and the business is now valued at £33 million plus debt of £7 million approx.
Curious that the market seems to be seeing the promised land in 2024 for most stocks but not this. I've had a modest nibble in the last couple of days.

The last two days have seen a lot of buying so Henry Spain has to make a move or pay more as cheap shares disappearing fast. Easy to see an offer before 23rd January results because if they are decent he has to pay more. Interests hedged and set to fall next year so Staffline will be a good bet in 2024 with or without a buyout
