Has anyone raised the question of whether a dual listing (i.e. USA) would be possible. Being an American company, and tech stocks normally being higher rates over there, it would seem to remove the need to change/add UK brokers as there would also be a USA broker.

As SPSY's prospects continue to improve, they can at least use buybacks as and when they believe the share price is ludicrously cheap... ...except when in closed periods.

Its a waste of time and energy changing Broker as they are all the same breed.

Lack of II interest will be down to poor corporate governance imo.

I have emailed Nabil frequently and he has always replied in a positive manner. I have emailed the broker this morning and asked them a few pointed questions as to their complete inactivity in promoting this great company, I don't expect a reply but here's hoping.

What answer did you get back when you asked Nabil about a joint broker ? I see Spectra going to the next stage ..previously it was mostly about increasing margins now it looks like we are now going into a major ramp up in turnover and obviously with a major G7 central bank taking our new technology ...others will follow...

Nico is right. I have raised the issue of WHI and lack of Institutional support with Nabil, and I know Nico and one or two others have too. Any comments to him are rightly set within the context of being delighted with the overall progress which the company is making, which I truly am.
If one or two more PI's write to him on the same theme, it can only help. Nabil is an extremely friendly and approachable man.

Totally agree WHI can't expect retail to keep buying institutional stockThe pr is awful hereBroker doesn't seem to care Only interested in fees from raises ?We need more people to email Nabil and tell him how excited we are by our prospects and that he's doing a great job BUT we need a new broker or a joint broker that can drum up institutional support If I had no holding I would be a an aggressive buyer here

I agree with many of the sentiments expressed here. The company has made great progress over the last 3-4 years, and have interacted very well with us PI's. The engagement with Institutions has been 3rd rate, and that is costing us in terms of the share price. I mostly blame WHI, but hope Nabil is keeping pressure on them and expressing dissatisfaction...and ideally considering a joint broker.

Plenty to be excited about in the year ahead, and hopefully positive newsflow on any of Trubrand, Aeris, Substrate, Indian threads and opps, K Cups, exotic counterfeit tech...any of which could help up re-rate.

The news today will hopefully lead to some upgrade of FY21 numbers in due course, but suspect the bigger impact will be in FY22...and should enable a nice forecast progression in earnings when WHI put FY22 numbers into the market.

Can sell just 1k online at 175. Can buy 50k online at 182.44 albeit 10k is quoted at 178.9. Bit of a farce.

It looks like this phase 2 contract has been pulled forward. WHI's note in October stated that it would start in late 2021 and run to 2023.

‘Which include a 5.6M Phase 2 development through 2023’ from the October statement, so is this ahead of schedule or is this second phase two years? Good to see that the relationship appears to be strong. This looks to be a very important contract for us.
