Problem is most of the G7 contract win isn't in forecasts 55m of revenues ignited by the market Crazy ..if we were 250p today i wouldn't sell a share We are completely the wrong price Market will catch up over time

nico. I can only assume its down to Market forecasts?

I've had a quick look

Dec 2018 Stocko had 8c eps for y/e 2019 and they came in with 8.93 (+12%)

Dec 2019 9.5 c for y/e 2020 and forecasts are for 10.9 (+15%)- they could beat?

So lets assume 2021 estimates of 11.4c are beaten by an average 13% = 12.88c- assuming ahead trading updates again

Factoring this in gives a 2021 p/e of x20, which seems reasonable to me with overall eps increase of 17%

So, the eps growth, whilst good hasn't been exceptional, despite all the significantly ahead statements?

It seems to me the Market is awaiting updated forecasts for 2021 and new forecasts for 2022?

(the p/e drops if we factor cash in by about x2)

So we have just won 55m of revenue fromOur biggest customer at very decent margins And our shares haven't moved on it Does the market think this customer is about to go bust ?They have a lot of debt but I can guarantee you they will be around for a few years yet !!Crazy times

Introduction

Having achieved a number of key commercial milestones, as described in the Review of Operations below, Spectra Systems is on track to deliver an excellent performance for the full 2020 financial year and expects to significantly exceed market expectations for 2020, in spite of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Revenue was up 2% at $6,519k (2019: $6,402k) during the first half of the year. Revenue this year will be biased towards the second half of 2020 with significant positive earnings anticipated throughout H2. Increased revenues are expected from pre-production development contracts as well as larger demand for our materials to meet increased banknote demands of one of our existing central bank customers.

The group's TruBrand authentication product was seen on over 6 million packs of cigarettes in 2019. Once a Covid-delayed trial is completed, Spectra expects 'hundreds of millions of packs to follow'. The company is also identifying additional applications for its TruBrand tech.

True true Volumes increased since then and I was offered stock from the same source so I'm assuming he was still selling Then buyback bought 200k and must've wanted more so for me he's done HH who knows as he is always trading us over the years We should be 220p as lagged tech and mkt by a long way of late

I was working from stockopedia which states

oassama as of 9th oct 2020 2.3m = 5.09%
hh as of march 2020 1.8m = 4.07%

they still have stock then smicker.There are four investment funds that hold over 2m so not easy to guess,but we should get an rns this week.
