Absolutely agree with Nico and Fozzie; the buyback gives us all a bigger slice of the company without us having to spend any money to buy shares or (worst of all) waste it on tax.

Agree, buy the shares back from the sellers and cancel, double whammy.

Really ?Even with the overhangs ?Surely more tax efficient to buy back than increase divi ?

If he wants to bring value, up the divi and stop the buy back.

I mean that most sincerely ;-)

Thank you Andrew/Sonofbanjosinger

As I think has been suggested, perhaps he could do a presentation on InvestorMeetsCompany after the next results announcement or trading update

Hi John remember on Sipps there is no US tax as long as WBEN form is filled out. Funnily enough l had my final compensation cheque from Halifax for the over charging of US tax which was charged at 30 percent over all of my accounts for two years. Now moved to HL with no further issues.

Hi john

No idea about how long it takes to process the initial form. However, coincidentally, I had to renew this on 31-Dec, and ii made the whole process extremely straightforward with everything done online and renewal being immediate.
