It is very difficult to give numbers surely? They have no orders and just signed the agreement. Timescales will be long we know that. This is a market where confidentiality is vital. I think you are asking way too much

Well I agree with everyone it sounds positive but numbers would help. Perhaps they'll start the shares buybacks they threatened earlier in the year in lieu of guesstimating numbers, that would be a good indicator of management confidence:)

This has the potential to be very large but it will not be too quick given the glacial sales cycles in the banknote industry. The key here is that the covert material is IN the material not printed on the surface of the notes. And also spsy will be getting the gross sales value of the polymer sale to the bank note printer. They really are putting in place the building blocks for the future.

"disruptive new capabilities" looks to me as if we have added yet a further possible revenue stream. Some of these presumably have high barriers to entry, especially where fraud and security are concerned, big moats! Nice one Nabil.

Presumably its huge if they supply that many bank notes but no mention of the likelihood of this happening. The implication is that they think the bank note producers and central banks will love it, but we don't know that.

Added at 128 today Hoping for more beats ,decent India news and hopefully a Trubrand update sometime in the second half We've had good news now for last couple of years and there now seems to be a large disconnect between our fundamentals/prospects and our share price (mainly due to a couple of decent sellers )Look at Tremor today(I'm long at 140) eventually value is attained

Not too meaningful in terms of revenues but good to get a contract outside the US and lottery opps also very big worldwide.Things moving along nicely here and I'd rather be holding Spectra than most other Aim stocks.

And, with 18 lotteries already and the number likely to grow the maintenance contracts start to add up to meaningful revenue that drops straight to the bottom line.

Lottery appears to be very low value. The 2 contracts announced today appear to be worth about $150k a year in combined revenue . Could be that year 1 has higher revenue as setup needs to be done. Would guess the set up takes all of year 1 revenue and then it is a maintenance type agreement, so, if all works well the margins should be 90% plus on year 2 revenue (whatever that is !). And then there is the software games etc which should be a copy of elsewhere with things like the name changed...

Oh I'm not trying to go against the grain here , just trying to understand. Learnt about a few types of red flag over last 12 mths on various stocks.Dir sells etc so just being cautious is all .Happy to hold here.DbD :-)
