01/8/2019 10:36 | It is very difficult to give numbers surely? They have no orders and just signed the agreement. Timescales will be long we know that. This is a market where confidentiality is vital. I think you are asking way too much | harrogate
01/8/2019 09:50 | Well I agree with everyone it sounds positive but numbers would help. Perhaps they'll start the shares buybacks they threatened earlier in the year in lieu of guesstimating numbers, that would be a good indicator of management confidence:) | paleje
01/8/2019 09:18 | This has the potential to be very large but it will not be too quick given the glacial sales cycles in the banknote industry. The key here is that the covert material is IN the material not printed on the surface of the notes. And also spsy will be getting the gross sales value of the polymer sale to the bank note printer. They really are putting in place the building blocks for the future. | harrogate
01/8/2019 09:04 | "disruptive new capabilities" looks to me as if we have added yet a further possible revenue stream. Some of these presumably have high barriers to entry, especially where fraud and security are concerned, big moats! Nice one Nabil. | fozzie
01/8/2019 08:32 | Presumably its huge if they supply that many bank notes but no mention of the likelihood of this happening. The implication is that they think the bank note producers and central banks will love it, but we don't know that. | shanklin
01/8/2019 08:24 | Looks like a very big deal... "This partnership and the Supply Agreement will give Spectra the ability to supply more than 2 billion notes per year immediately with additional supply volumes as high as 10 billion banknotes per year to follow." | someuwin
01/8/2019 08:01 | It's becoming regular as clockwork adding all these deals. As mentioned, cant be negative. | dcarn
01/8/2019 07:57 | Well its certainly not a negative :-) Difficult to judge just how positive it is. Perhaps very? | shanklin
01/8/2019 07:57 | "disruptive new capabilities" but absolutely no guidance as to what it might be worth. | paleje
01/8/2019 07:54 | Any views on today's RNS guys. Yet to be mentioned on twitter either. | pj 1
23/7/2019 23:35 | Added at 128 today Hoping for more beats ,decent India news and hopefully a Trubrand update sometime in the second half We've had good news now for last couple of years and there now seems to be a large disconnect between our fundamentals/prospec | nico115
15/7/2019 08:18 | Not too meaningful in terms of revenues but good to get a contract outside the US and lottery opps also very big worldwide.Things moving along nicely here and I'd rather be holding Spectra than most other Aim stocks. | nico115
15/7/2019 07:42 | And, with 18 lotteries already and the number likely to grow the maintenance contracts start to add up to meaningful revenue that drops straight to the bottom line. | fft
15/7/2019 07:32 | Lottery appears to be very low value. The 2 contracts announced today appear to be worth about $150k a year in combined revenue . Could be that year 1 has higher revenue as setup needs to be done. Would guess the set up takes all of year 1 revenue and then it is a maintenance type agreement, so, if all works well the margins should be 90% plus on year 2 revenue (whatever that is !). And then there is the software games etc which should be a copy of elsewhere with things like the name changed... | fft
12/7/2019 11:43 | Just can't work out why no buyback after announcing intention | nico115
12/7/2019 11:09 | Bullish Hope clears that up.DbD :-) | death by donut
12/7/2019 10:46 | Happy for you or anyone to be bearish Makes for better discussion I'm v confused but | nico115
12/7/2019 10:33 | It's Trubrand I'm in for , my limited brain tells me it cld be pretty big.DbD | death by donut
12/7/2019 10:29 | Oh I'm not trying to go against the grain here , just trying to understand. Learnt about a few types of red flag over last 12 mths on various stocks.Dir sells etc so just being cautious is all .Happy to hold here.DbD :-) | death by donut
12/7/2019 09:48 | More likely to delay because of good news But then I am biased !!Just beaten expectations and nothing in forecasts for opps so I have to disagree with you | nico115
12/7/2019 09:24 | That's a fear, as previously posted, 18/7/2017 Approval for Trubrand China 2/1/2019 First Trubrand orders in China. | pj 1
12/7/2019 09:08 | I'm just an idiot construction worker , but it strikes me (hoping) they wldnt delay in order to profit from bad news flow ? Perhaps I'm being naive?DbD | death by donut
12/7/2019 08:50 | It's obviously being delayed for a reason. | pj 1
11/7/2019 17:02 | You will get the 15pct back No doubt about it | nico115 |
