Have had my correct dividend amount paid to me by IG now after several phone calls ;-) If anyone else is having problems with IG still send me a message and I'll give you the contact that got my issue resolved.

I'm more interested in Trubrand news or at least an update? Could those who had a conference call with Nabil and who have his contact details request some sort of RNS update at least?

I fear the buyback could be delayed to help mitigate any negative contract news.

Added to my Spectra holding today,bought 8k at 128.1.Anything sub 130p is a steal imo with game changing opps over next 6 months.

I recieved 4.059p a share dividend from my selftrade ISA. Small variations from broker to broker are to be expected as some charge more or less for the forex. Debate regarding US withholding tax can be found on the SOM board as every dividend tends to set someone off regarding the 15% on a dealing account or ISA or Zero on a SIPP.

I don't think many Companies get enough votes for a '' quorum'', but they still hold their AGM's.

We actually bought back 1k shares so it seems the intention is there Either we have news pending or there are problems with the buyback Either way ,what with not getting enough votes at a quorum as well,it's not impressive ,in fact it's very disappointing

Many co's agree a buyback every year at the AGM, but not all act on it. SPE is one example I know of, but I am sure I have noticed this in others.

Is it possible any buyback is being delayed in case of disappointing news ref Trubrand or another contract, to help support the share price from any future selling?

I realise I am taking a negative view, but I had expected some sort of update before now.

The discussion around withholding tax reminds me of one of the several reasons I liked the idea of buy backs so much! I was delighted when the Company RNSd that they would begin a buy back program... and hope it will start at some point very soon!

It doesn't work like that as there is no way to get that 15% back. You need to get IG to do it right ASAP

Hmm I got the figure wrong
dividend is 4.899 cents ( not pence as i first read it) so I have been taxed at 30% in an ISA
so a bit more dividend to come with the tax rebate
I have filled out the form as well and quite a while ago
I 'll give a couple of weeks then chase it up

It is 7c at about 1.26 x 85% = about 4.7p
