There is a two way trading today.

Someone is taking advantage of the rise to sell a few

All this trades at 0.42p and 0.425p on the ADVFN sales side and ? are buys.

trading online is 0.40p to sell and 0.42p to buy, well below the offer price

but this happen just the same early this morning when one could buy at middle price
Volume is heavy today

Could be - though are punters really so shallow that they don't check the state of the company under the name?
(Perhaps today proves the answer is yes!)

Could be a red herring - this company has been waiting for some sort of corporate activity - reversal, whatever - and now maybe the time.

The price is certainly jumping about.......

Outlook

The Company, which now has no operating subsidiaries and is a shell, is well placed to take advantage of suitable opportunities when they arise. In recent months the Board has looked closely at a number of possible acquisitions with the intention of either acquiring or reversing an existing business into the Company, but has not yet found itself in a position to recommend acceptable terms and conditions for such a transaction. Volumes are picking up with this and theres some big trades going through might hear something in the next few weeks or so about whats happening if anything.

Thanks for the info re Black Raven - but wasn't Black Raven a newly-formed company rather than a reversal into a company previously in existence? (This area is so murkey it's difficult to see what's going on anyway)
I wonder whether GIN is such a special case that comparing to other corporate activity may lead one to make improper assumptions?
However, the more publicity and success Robertson achieves, the better for GIN.......
I've noticed that private investors are starting to take note of GIN, and indeed it is now possible to trade the shares more easily.
