01/3/2024 10:22 | Perhaps it is good that the CEO is diluted as no longer has de facto control. Really need a new FD, I am not sure where they with historic contracts but new contracts generally need financing. | gopher
01/3/2024 09:04 | Rose tinted specs... | glavey
01/3/2024 07:49 | Pretty positive. Company's working cash requirements will be met until end 2024! Result. By then the multmiillion pound contracts that are being won from both existing and new customers will have progressed far enough that the co will be cash generative and profitable imo | jnbrw
01/3/2024 07:46 | nice to see you continuing with your efforts to put a negative spin..you can think all the fancies you want.. | tsmith2
01/3/2024 07:41 | Possibly, I still think it might be at 7-8p, but that's not as bad as I expected. Best case at 10p then it's a minimum 60m new shares or a 67% dilution. Could be up to 100% dilution possibly. Depends what people think the future prospects are... | cyberbub
01/3/2024 07:18 | can't imagine it being at a discount to 10p otherwise CLN would have just waited for fundraise price | tsmith2
01/3/2024 07:09 | Yes. I think news of the CLN announced today leaked yesterday.A good news sticking plaster in the short term, and the CLN conversion price is at no discount to the share price The question is still, at what price will the £6m be placed? Some might think it would be at 10p also, after all why would the CLN provider agree to place at 10p if there was a likelihood of the larger placing being at say 7p? But it's a larger amount so placing participants will probably demand a greater discount.Who knows though, we'll have to see in the next 2-3 weeks... | cyberbub
29/2/2024 11:49 | Wassup? Up nearly 14% in the space of a few minutes. News on way????? | jnbrw
28/2/2024 15:01 | Ah yes I see fair enough, sorry. The issue here is still that they've clearly stated that they need money in the next 48 hours. So an RNS tomorrow or Thursday. Who knows what it will say, I doubt they can get a lot of debt when they're still lossmaking, so IMO it will be some form of placing, either a straightforward market placing or a strategic investor. Maybe a high-interest CLN? But at the current market cap any solution will be a big dilution. | cyberbub
28/2/2024 11:35 | the replacement was issued after I had already posted.. | tsmith2

27/2/2024 09:52 | "Company firing on all cylinders", so rumour would have it, but fuel guage reading empty. | glavey

27/2/2024 07:44 | The main guy here knows what he is doing. I would not be surprised in the least if there is no equity fundraise and just short term overdraft. Company is winning contracts all over the place and the Elon Musk/ Tesla/ Neuralink news is bringing the company and its quality products to the attention of new investors . | jnbrw
27/2/2024 07:39 | Company firing on all cylinders. Once working cash sorted this will relate strongly. Particularly if short term cash requirements are met through loans or financing. This will rocket. It is winning contracts all over the place and is in the right place at the right time with its new strategy. If it choses loans/ financing option and no equity fundraise this will relate rapidly. Only currently valued around 10m! | jnbrw

27/2/2024 07:14 | doesn't sound like it when they are talking about it extending the working capital runaway | tsmith2
27/2/2024 07:09 | As a note. Further to the announcement on 5 February 2024, negotiations with the Company's largest supplier to improve the terms of existing and future supply arrangements are now well advanced and have secured an agreement in principle. Discussions with other suppliers are positive and remain ongoing. Notwithstanding the progress made, negotiations with the Company's largest supplier have been slower than originally anticipated and the Group will now require additional capital by the end of February 2024, in order to inter alia, meet payroll and other short-term working capital requirements. The Company is in advanced discussions with a potential provider of capital which would serve to extend this working capital runway. they will need equity. | manual dexterity

23/2/2024 09:33 | A good resolution to the funding and this will multi-bag. No resolution by the end of march and they will go pop. Personally, I'm convinced one of the big players will take a material stake with a big cash injection. Why wouldn't they? The fact that Musk chose SND over all others for Neuralink shows they have something special. The chip market is going beserk at the moment. Potential here is enormous. ...The Company is one of only a few companies capable of designing and supplying the higher-spec chips built on the most advanced semiconductor technologies, selling into a range of hyper growth end markets such as high-performance computing, automotive, artificial intelligence, VR/AR, video analytics, image processing, mobile networking and data centres. Sondrel designs have enabled products by leading technology brands including Apple (iPhone), Sony (PlayStation), Meta's (Oculus), Samsung, Google and Sony smartphones, JVC (prosumer camcorders), Tesla and Mercedes-Benz cars. Sondrel is well-established, with a 20-year track record of successful delivery, supported by long standing ecosystem partnerships including Arm, TSMC and Samsung. Headquartered in the UK, Sondrel has a global presence with offices in UK, USA, China, India and Morocco." | someuwin |
