Isn't there still the clear statement that they need more money imminently, a bit of a downer on buying today?

"I would suggest that as usual you are talking out of your a$se"

Facts, dear boy, facts. There's no hiding the facts.

"Peeps as usual are unable to think outside the box."

And might I suggest that you would be better staying in yours.

"Considering this co is 20 years old and has the likes of Apple,Sony Samsung,Mercedes Tesla and potentially neuralink as customers, and that it floated less than 2 years ago at 50p..."

It's not done very well since then has it.

And for one that doesn't comment on its client base, seems to be slightly leaky if we are to believe the Dail Mail exclusive. Cui bono?

J7, possibly, who knows, but in this market I can't see a strategic investor paying much more than the going rate, unless of course they want to buy the whole company, in which case yes there could be good upside from here. But is it likely? Obviously it would mean the founder/CEO agreeing to sell his baby for probably a lot less than he hoped for in due course.

Peeps as usual are unable to think outside the box. This will be resolved by way of a strategic investment, not a placing at a price that has no bearing on the value of the co.Wake up and smell the coffee.

I'm keeping an eye out here, there's no doubt that it's a good company with a strong niche and seemingly honest management, but that doesn't guarantee competent management, or company success. they've never made a profit yet, plus they have very clearly stated that they need money within the next 6 weeks. So if you're buying today you're essentially saying that you think the fundraise will be at a higher price than 12p?

Load of 'promotors' creating the market for a few days

Load of gamblers punting the market for the last few days

Load of bagholders might soon be left with the market in a few days

One or two market makers have made consistant profits these past few days

One or two market makers will continue to profit in the coming few days

The last RNS 8-2-2024, here -Statement re Share Price MovementSondrel (AIM:SND), a leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading global technology brands, notes the movement in its share price and recent press speculation.Sondrel remains one of only a few companies capable of designing and supplying higher-spec, complex chips built on the most advanced semiconductor technologies, and the Group's customer base continues to include leading global technology brands. The Company remains encouraged that demand for Sondrel's ASIC services, including in the US, remains strong and that the Group continues to trade in line with current market expectations with a number of new ASIC business opportunities at advanced stages of negotiation. The Group does not comment on the identity of customers."Sounded all positive to me. No words of caution, "we know of no reason" etc, just bullishness. We know there are financial difficulties over cashflow, however the words not used in the statement suggest to me that these will be well on their wayStrong BuyRE: Funding/ valuation of British Tech companiesToday 10:14If for instance neuralink was to take a stake this goes to 50p in minutesIt would seem Sondrel has too an important product to failria20Posts: 7,494Price: 13.50No OpinionGreat startToday 09:38For STAR and SND this morning ....great to see... are we going to bag today

previously announced, and with a view to managing Group liquidity, negotiations are underway with suppliers to improve the terms of existing supply arrangements, and these are ongoing. The Group also announced that it will need to secure additional capital prior to the end of March 2024 to provide a more permanent solution to meet the Company's short-term working capital requirements, and that, if the payments associated with the automotive project are not received in January and February 2024, this will need to be secured in shorter order. This position remains unchanged.
