There are two issues in the short term1) cash burn and the need to refinance.2) the orders are not coming through - they have been close to landing since last summer if you look back at RNS.The market cap is still derisory but they need to sort this out quickly; a punt until they do.

If this is the case why get involved if off no benefit to the company

The piece in the mail is not saying the whole story. I'd say it more like thay are the only western chip manufacturers with the solution. Not wanting to go near Asian manufacturers as thay will copy within the month.
Thay have a tier1 car manufacturer on the books we think it's TESLA. DYOR
Elon musk will play a very significant part in the future of #SND with his need for chips for cars and nuera link in my opinion. DYOR

anyone see the trade of 332,660 at 18.25p this morning at 9.05am, assume it was a buy as it never reached that high let along at a bid price - £60k worth

This is one to key an eye on - there no hiding from the fact they are very strapped for cash - Not paying Wages and some Creditors is hardly good, but thats why they were only 6p..Apears to be alot on the horizon, but they burned through just shy of 18 mil in under 18 monrhs and H2 revenue was down 90% on H1..Alot looks to have been out of thier control. Therefore safe bet would be to wait for the financing to be sorted on way or the other

Personally quite sceptical that Sondrel has anything to do with the Neuralink brain chip. As a guess, what makes more sense as for the uplift in Sondrel share price today is that they are one of 12 participants in the Arm Total Design collaboration that enables their designs to be incorporated into the Arm Neoverse CSS architecture. Arm Holdings are currently up about 60% today on the back of their very upbeat update last night. I could be wrong who knows?

Founders always know that they will be diluted on the journey - they aim to have a smaller slice of a much bigger pie. If the CEO's stake goes down from 40% to 10% over time, but the market cap goes up 10x or 20x then they've clearly done well. Of course many CEOs and PDMRs take part in discounted placings so as to reduce their average, just like PIs.

I think that the company may have to raise £10m at 8-9p in the coming few days. But that's just my thoughts, I don't claim to have a crystal ball. If investors think the company has excellent prospects they might even be able to raise at a premium, but premium placings are rare in the current rubbish markets... I'm keeping an eye out anyway...Good luck all, no advice intended etc

They're impressive company to keep technically, but do they have more or less than Sondrel's revenues and are they losing money?
