11/3/2024 07:36 | Vote will be a formality with the BoD holdings… | bumpa33
11/3/2024 07:16 | Before IPO SND was profitable and growing year after year, 20 years Changing their business model has come with its challenges. 3 projects will go into production this year giving regular income. Imho the transition is now behind SND, upwards and onwards. | john henry
10/3/2024 23:43 | Trouble is their 2023 earnings/ revenue and delivery guidance was much too optimistic (hence the recent downgrade). That makes the market rather cynical about future guidance (ie for 2024) that it will hit cash flow positivity by year end. The latter, if achieved, could also just be temporary, influenced by timing issues like bill payments and receipts, and easily derailed in 2025 by margin squeezes/ supply chain problems etc. Last year's events weren't inspiring, and for me their future optimism is doing a lot of heavy lifting in what I see as a difficult competitive market. | scantrader
09/3/2024 08:09 | SP was originally crated via the project delays (August TU ) then Seimens dumping 11% of the company and recently the cash flow issues. Those issues are pretty much behind us with the added bonus of more contract wins. | john henry
08/3/2024 21:21 | Exactly cyberbub. This cratered price has a LOT of the bad news included as it's now incredibly cheap. If funding is secured it's massive successes in recent orders will become much more of the focus for the market (as stated by fellow posters below). If then the price still has a discount to peers you can't rule out a bid or two for it at some point as well. | source
08/3/2024 18:11 | I suppose that investors may now be working on the assumption that there are 150M-odd shares in issue, and valuing Sondrel on that basis. I note that Ensilica currently has a market cap of around £60M. | cyberbub
08/3/2024 17:03 | Placing shares will go into save hands. pretty much zero will be flipped. Investors will start focusing on recent contract wins once funding is secured. My guess is the BOD will participate quite heavily into the funding@ 10p | john henry
08/3/2024 14:36 | Rather depends on where the stock is getting placed, appetite and the carrots being dished out. Remember it’s fully underwritten by Rox. I suspect demand is strong, especially if allocations are being scaled back…. we’ll see. | bumpa33
08/3/2024 14:25 | I don't think this rise will last as they are issuing a massive amount of shares at the 10p placing price | jnbrw
08/3/2024 14:21 | there she goes, not surprised considering the mm stance earlier… | bumpa33
08/3/2024 12:44 | Worn taking much buying or good news to move us sharply up | tsmith2
08/3/2024 09:51 | Think this is close to concluding - buy price quoted for any size above 10k is currently 11.34 - way above displayed 10.5 offer | bumpa33
06/3/2024 13:14 | New british isa announced 5k in uk cos | j777j
06/3/2024 13:03 | Excellent news I guess people are buying over 10p in order to get to participate in the retail placing at 10p.Whole co would still only have a makt cap around £13 million is would be worth 4x that easily | j777j
06/3/2024 08:30 | this is an interesting play now from here assuming all the stuff in the RNS gets done. 10p base line drawn, sufficient cash to break even (they say!) and a long term Angel style investor coming onboard… | bumpa33
06/3/2024 08:20 | Edit: retail offer actually minimum £500k | bumpa33
06/3/2024 07:57 | big vote of confidence from ROX | tsmith2
06/3/2024 07:35 | Looks like Rox Equity capital Partners providing CLN and underwriting the full raise of £6.5m at 10p. Will become major shareholder if so, in excess of the 29.9% threshold. Retail to be given opportunity to join in up to £500k. | bumpa33
06/3/2024 07:34 | Temporary CLN Cash IN. Plans in place for larger raise that will see it through to positive cash flow. Raise at 10p seems ok & CEO saying their pipeline remains strong. Risk reduced for now then. | source
02/3/2024 07:53 | " 69m more shares plus 88m in issue, aprox 157m shs " And that is assuming the whole is at 10p, and no options. It might not be. Timeline is tight. | glavey
01/3/2024 22:11 | Suspect PRIM were the provider of capital here | chutes01
01/3/2024 20:46 | £900,000 / .10 = 9m more hares in issue £6m placing, assume it's for 10p - 60m placing shares plus £9m CLN - 69m more shares plus 88m in issue, aprox 157m shs | euclid5
01/3/2024 16:51 | Thought for the day : Surely CML are running the rule over SND, easy pickings. | hatfullofsky
01/3/2024 10:34 | The provider of the CLN is expected to invest a further material equity amount in the Fundraise, which is intended to be completed prior to the end of March 2024. Sounds good to me. Worth a punt | hatfullofsky |
