Yes. Also worth mentioning - as per another poster - that this years investment spend includes pipeline work and other capex that will not be repeated next year. This has been brushed under the carpet in the "analysis" by the resident bears, who in anIlliquid share, are in large part to blame for the valuation opportunity in front of us. Sentiment can change quickly.

This is the fault of management, they are not doing anything to reassure market that this company actually might have some kind of future and might actually at least return investors capital. This share is controlled by the machinations of individual retail investors. Strong hands hold most of the float here and it swings around on the whim of a few thousand shares being traded by AIM investors.

BN MEDIA INTERVIEW WITH THE CEO AND CFO - no tough questions as is too be expected about all time share low price hit today... however, there is promise of an exciting new Morocco announcement in early 2022 - hopefully it is something material and not hot air...

TWO EXCITING NEW PROJECTS IN MOROCCO - EARLY 2022 will announce... fingers crossed something to redeem and revive this share price - if it is feasible for this motley muppet crew....

All the money being reinvested in drilling they need to show larger profits next year then the share price should recover there is also the chance of a takeover at these lowly levels and need to access better prices in Egypt

Ash - I agree it's frustrating. Do I think they are overpaid? Yes. Do I think SDX is corrupt? Not so convinced.

PJ771. Does the P stand for Peashooter? It isn't gonna make jack sh1te difference to management what you post here. And as for investors, SDX is evidently a different investment story at 10p than it was at 50p. Get some qualifications, learn about valuation, you've been burnt over and over again on your buy ideas and it's cost a lot of investors money. Spend some time learning, not badgering people about stocks you don't even own.

Agreed Wigwammer that SDX is a deep value play and is priced for bankruptcy - business priced as having almost Zero value if looking at Enterprise Value - given $10mn cash, Zero Debt, $4mn inventories, and a $3-4mn investment in Egypt, plus an extensive pipeline in Morocco (biggest privately held gas pipelines)

Nonetheless I am taking the painful decision of a 55% haircut and exiting this position I have held for 2 years (bought at same time as TXP which has returned me 7-8x as I averaged down) - multitude of better run companies and I am quite certain that his company is likely corrupt. For example - I would rather put my money in TRIN - which is trading at a ridiculous discount but hopefully has an exciting future...

Internal management time valued at $1.1mn??? Where these guys paid overtime / consulting charges for weekend work?? As a way to get more compensation as they are not entitled to bonuses for the horrific share price performance? Can aynone confirm and investigate - if so these muppets should be locked up behind bars/jailed... Absolute garbage management!!!

Why is internal management time getting accounted for at US$1.1 million.

Why is SDX management fixated on loss making Morocco - keep talking about high prices etc - but where is it adding to bottomline!!!

Seem to be readying a cheap exit from Egypt and sticking with Morocco!!! Why does this management not have investor calls and presentations - why are they hiding!!! Why are they not buying shares!!!

THIS FIRM STINKS AND THE CEO, CFO, BOARD ARE A SELF DEALING TRASH MANAGEMENT - WITH ZERO FIDICUARY DUTY.

The information you provide about the share price is well known. The "widow maker" line is stale and not funny. Please - for your own sake - find a purpose.
