"SDX owns 75% of the only private pipeline network in the country – future discoveries will have to go through SDX's line to be commercialised" ... interesting, thanks... hidden value :)

hxxps://www.sdxenergygroup.com/investors/why-invest/ - Disgraceful that is not updated - even so can monitize pipeline and stop selling own gas?
Something needs to change..

If you want to contact them here are their email addresses that I have deduced - I believe it is correct.

Be polite and civil -> Request Director Buys, Clarity on Morrocco drills - Resources Targeted/Cost of Drill/Chance of Success, what SDX are doing as market not buying into their strategy and finally company on a treadmill going nowhere!!! How do CFO and CEO justify their high salaries for inept mismanagement? Is their corruption / something underhand in Morocco that costs are so high and SDX persisting with uneconomic business? Why is Waha selling? Are they going to replace their board rep? ALSO POSSIBLY TIME TO SELL THE COMPANY??

the management never buy shares as they know it is the best way to loose their over inflated salaries...

they will keep the widow maker going for as long as they can.. wasting millions on capex and never delivering a dime to shareholders..

One failed drill does not make a failed company success with a drill will bring back the price good buying opportunity if you ask me

There's zero chance of that happening.

Certainly they need to renegotiate the fixed prices they have got in EgyptAs the current price at 2.85 is way below the market price

They've really backed themselves in to a corner here, that's the problem.

It's collapsed because Hanut was really a make or break drill for South Disouq, they've got no decent targets left to go for. They are all very small and barely worth drilling given the CoS. Production is likely to decline in South Disouq from mid-2023 without a drilling success next year in SD and even with success in one of the drills (which is all that can be expected given CoS) plateau rate of production doesn't continue for much more than a year after that. They'll soon find that they cannot do their mammoth yearly CAPEX spends as they won't have the operating cash flow to support it. The market is pricing this like revenues drop from mid-2023 onwards. Now they aren't going to go bust, Meseda will keep producing cashflow and so will Morocco but they'll be losing a significant chunk of operating cash flow soon enough if they don't have success in one of the small prospects in SD next year. We have to hope they find a larger target there and pull their finger out and drill it.

Reality: On 31st March 2018, SDX had a cash balance of $29.3M. The current cash balance is $9.1M and the total market cap is $30.14M.

Their record is one of capital destruction.

Shares go up they also go down that what shares do the news on hanut is what has bought the share price down but they had success on other drills and their record of success is not badShould sort itself out in a year or 2

If anyone wants management email addresses, PM me. These guys need to be bombarded with civil requests for information on general strategy and why costs are so high for drilling Morocco.

the widow maker drops again...

will be interesting to see if the big guys are still dumping stock...

i doubt the management will encourage any cooperate activity that gets in the way of their lifestyle

I wonder if there are kickbacks from all this capex spend???

IMHO they had ample opportunity during the recent brrmedia update to address the most pressing issue which the company faces => the share price.

I think we need a RTO or an activist shareholder to shake this comfortable arrangement up.

Thx ShakeyCEO and CFO need to be SACKED straight away - They have failed MISERABLY

Also why are SDX hiring new employes when the firm performing so badly - Overpaid underqualified juvenile Nick Box - CFO of such a small operation probably has not much to do as is - and is now likely fully relaxing / doing nothing working from HOME since very recently hiring his below fellow mate from PWC - what a great lifestyle company.

Lucky lazy non-performing parasitic muppets at SDX.... robbing from shareholders to enrich themselves... shameless...
