Today's drop in a very nervous market is probably due more to its recent strength giving rise to protective profit taking than any fundamental weakness. Its rating seems quite sensible to me and I hold other shares on much higher ratings (e.g. CER) about which I am more nervous and have therefore recently top-sliced them. However I intend to retain my modest holding of SOLI.

There will possibly be some good bargains thrown up in a strong and indiscriminate shakeout so it's worthwhile having some spare cash on hand. In particular CCC and CNIC (starting near the beginning of the alphabet!) have so far caught my eye.

Looks to be all on target with no new surprises. Potential investors will typically stand back and let the usual post-results sell-off run its course. Without news a further surge seems unlikely and the supply line fog needs to clear to boost confidence. This is more easily managed for companies with a good cash position that can afford to commit to higher stock holdings.

Purchase of its own shares.
It may seem odd that they would purchase at this price which currently needs no extra support but they are required for employee benefits as an alternative to issuing more stock.

SOLI is doing remarkably well for a company in the technical hardware sector. Valued at over 1.5x annual revenue. Few others are rated much above unity and many are well below.
Clearly it has specialised in the right products, leveraging its expertise and maintaining healthy margins.

It was marked up 5% on market opening and had a very strong finish to the day .
I was thinking of adding during the day but just didn’t get the timing correct.
It could move even higher over the next few days.
FNX was similarly tipped by another pundit and has had a strong run over a few days.

Shows how many subscribers they must have. Will be interesting to see what happens to the share price over the next few days. I'm wondering if it might be better with these tips, to wait a few days before buying, to let things settle back down from the initial FOMO rush!
