Something’s afoot - Expecting another blue finish today

Historically SOLI have always issued a trading update in April, this years update in January was unusual and perhaps they felt that they had to issue one due to unexpected strong trading which requires they inform the market.

If that is the case then hopefully the stronger trading has continued and we can look forward to another positive update soon.

I also bought in yesterday, had been waiting for a pullback since the impressive trading update in January.

Valuation is still modest with a PER at approximately 13 and a decent yield and net cash, pleased to have this opportunity to invest before the next trading update.

Bought in today. Have been waiting for an opportunity for a while now.

Last trading update was very bullish. Approaching year end now, sometimes they release a trading update in April. Dont know if we will get another or not otherwise results are due in July.

Excellent update -

"The Directors expect that the Company's trading results for the year ending 31 March 2019 will now comfortably exceed current market consensus guidance. Revenues are expected to be above current guidance and adjusted profits significantly ahead. "
May however have already have been anticipated by the market given the rescent strength of the share price.

Cookerhoop - Probably right but relativly small purchases which is suggestive of tip buying - unless II building on a ticket - volume higher than usual.

Yes excellent results. These are on a modest multiple, have a full order book, are growing turnover and profits both organically and through acquisition without dilution, have a great record of paying a decent dividend. What's not to like?

I'm glad I bought a few more sub 300p.

A good solid performance (excuse the pun!) and likely on a prospective 4% yield @ 320p

Very comfortable results.

Nice margin improvement and order book increase of 46%.

Expecting stronger second half.

These results should put a good floor down so to speak and hopefully they can grow from here.
