08/1/2019 14:34 | Cookerhoop - Probably right but relativly small purchases which is suggestive of tip buying - unless II building on a ticket - volume higher than usual. Anyone sen a tip? | pugugly

20/11/2018 11:00 | Yes excellent results. These are on a modest multiple, have a full order book, are growing turnover and profits both organically and through acquisition without dilution, have a great record of paying a decent dividend. What's not to like? I'm glad I bought a few more sub 300p. | arthur_lame_stocks
20/11/2018 08:18 | A good solid performance (excuse the pun!) and likely on a prospective 4% yield @ 320p | skyship
20/11/2018 07:38 | Very comfortable results. Nice margin improvement and order book increase of 46%. Expecting stronger second half. These results should put a good floor down so to speak and hopefully they can grow from here. | cfro
11/11/2018 17:03 | I bought in on Friday on the news of the acquisition. Pacer looks, to me, like a great business that should fit well with Soli's operations in general. The price of £3.73m for sales of £15.2m does seem good value where the PSR number would be 0.24. The overseas sales segment represents 40% which looks particularly exciting. | cfro
09/11/2018 07:07 | An acquisition today. They'll have to borrow a bit of money, but it's not going to shag their balance sheet so i'm happy with this. Expected to be earnings enhancing in the first year. SOLI seems like a well run company that is expanding carefully, rather than massively gearing up with acquisition after acquisition. | arthur_lame_stocks
17/10/2018 07:11 | Up 13% could well be described as a bit of pep! | skyship
17/10/2018 06:41 | Yes a very pleasing trading update today. I can usually tell whether any company's trading update is going to be good or not generally by the first paragraph and I wasn't disappointed this time. | arthur_lame_stocks
17/10/2018 06:23 | Pleased to see the positive Trading Update today. Hope it may well restore a bit of pep to the share price Interims stated for 20th November. | skyship
17/10/2018 06:22 | Decent trading statement this morning, including "the Board ... expects the Group to exceed market expectations for the current financial year" | belgraviaboy
25/9/2018 09:28 | Glad to see you agreed Skyship - now what about TXH? :-) | value hound
25/9/2018 09:10 | Today's reported sales at 320.4p are actually purchases - inc. mine! | skyship
19/7/2018 15:33 | Not sure why today's drop; needs some more newsflow. | spectoacc
03/7/2018 06:49 | wouldn't say good - mediocre at best. long way to go imo. but at least nothing dire | eentweedrie
03/7/2018 06:42 | The results are OK, not sure they are good however the lower margin had been flagged, I wouldn't expect the share price to fall today however I wouldn't expect it to move up much either. With regards to the order book, it looks good however if they need lots more revenue for profits to stand still it's not a great sign. | eastbourne1982
03/7/2018 06:20 | Certainly good in the sense there appear to be no more nasty surprises on trading. Onwards & upwards hopefully. | spectoacc
03/7/2018 06:09 | good results | cascudi
11/6/2018 08:00 | Agree it's encouraging, and £4m is a lot of batteries so the end customer is clearly blue chip. I know from my cycling gps how the battery performance changes dramatically with variations in temperature. So a bit further up the quality chain than just supplying lithium batteries. I picked up a few during the antenna issue slump so probably is little biased. | cockerhoop
11/6/2018 07:33 | Ha ha yes - or that it was all being paid for in Bitcoin. Seriously though - probably going to be a slow-burner but I think this underpins a higher price for SOLI. | spectoacc
11/6/2018 07:32 | I'd say a 10% of annual t/o deal with further collaboration opportunities is worth an RNS. No expert in the area but I'd imagine robot pickers for dark warehouses will be a growing industry. At least they didn't mention graphene in the battery construction :-) | cockerhoop
11/6/2018 07:25 | @vh - anything remotely attached to robotics (no pun intended) seems to command a massive premium - small deal in the scheme of things, but worth quite a bit to the share price I say :) | spectoacc |
