Re-arranging the deck chairs.

Difficult to see that this makes much difference, particularly when it includes making much of nonentities such as Elodie Grant Goodie (anyone who was in AMER will know that she was a useless light weight and contributed nothing when the company was grabbed by Geopark).

Current POG should certainly fuel takeover interest.

I mentioned Nadine Dennison in my message on the 15th May. The news wasn't in Aan RNS but hidden in very useful quarterly reports provided for TSX requirements;

"...These quarterly reports are the most interesting documents we have as they go into more "colour" than RNS feeds or Annual Report etc and are worth reading. Solgold SOLG $SOLG $SOLG.L $CGP #cascabel #ecuador

Interesting to see that Ingo Hofmaier suggested on Linkedin that the 2 main messages from the quarterly disclosure were the covid (where authorities asked for Solgold support) and recruitment issues:

Worth noting we have a new HR Manager - interesting timing.

Nadine Dennison has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer. Nadine brings extensive professional experience from the UK and Australia to SolGold, having held executive level roles in major oil and gas and mining organisations across several commodities. Before joining SolGold, Nadine worked for several years with BHP, in her last role as Head of Human Resources Business Partnership for its coal division, and in a similar role in iron ore previously. (....With a workforce portfolio of 13,500 fte!)

Lol....mkrampynight that is the rose tinted view from the ramper with a worse record than a broken clock.........if you stick to facts than your wishful thinking then you would not be in such a mess....

Those leveraged trades are not going to pay for themselves........

A good board strengthening RNS this morning.

Twig says up to $190m available.

Nick quitting other group boards to concentrate on Solg.

New corporate advisers appointed .

Looks like Solg mean business.

GOLD PRICE IRRELEVANT if the current government lose the general election in 8 months .....poor mkrampynight

Says the ramper who has made the same prediction everyday for the past week and been wrong everyday, even then it still won’t push him into profit on his trades from the end of May at 26.8
Poor mkrampynight a broken clock is more accurate than his ramping.......

This was a recent copy and paste from a transcript to Mr Nick Mather from News Financial:"What impact would a gold price above USD 2,000 an ounce have on you?"The PEA for Alpala was done at USD 1,300 per ounce. It is now already USD 1,800 per ounce and we confidently expect it to go higher. The application of higher gold and copper prices to the Alpala financial model and the application of lower discount rates and a lower cost of capital will have a profound effect on the ultimately bankable NPV of Alpala. This can be expected to be replicated many times over on SolGold's other projects as its resources are discovered, appraised and found to present feasible developments. However reliable fact, common sense and share prices don't always correlate, especially in the last 4 months.

My read for what it is worth is that we have alot of very short term traders who are happy to take around 10% .

23p was hard to crack and until they finished selling out we could not move on . 26p has been the same although i suspect the 10% sellers are almost finished and maybe this week we will be off to the next stop at 29/30p .once it moves past 26p it will be the signal for everyone to jump in and volume will move up to 7 /8 million again as the 10% boys dive in again. Rinse and repeat ..

I trade but not for 10% i still have the chunk i bought at 19 odd p and have no plans to sell at presant but i will take profits at some point probably half in the mid 30,s and let the rest run .

The stock is cheap and even if we get to 35p it will still be cheap but you never know whats going to happen so it would be good to bank some monies .

Lets hope we get fantastic drilling news at 34p .

I was musing on how it is that we are gently rocked in our cradle of share price stability
and watching the book trades which timely correct any aberrations. In that musing I did not know whether there were rivals with different targets or one wishing to maintain the status quo.

PS I did buy more while waiting for the news yet to come as they are too cheap but on good news all of us will wish we had bought more.. Human nature/ greed.

Just quick one to say that yes gold price up is good for Alpala, as is silver, but the Copper price is the real game changer.... Every 1 cent increase in copper price adds $220m to the in-ground value of copper...

Just to repeat...

Alpala will be the largest silver mine...the 3rd largest gold mine and the 6th largest copper mine in the world...just Alpala...

Wait till we drill Porvenir and Rio Amarillo...

For an instant, spot gold went over 2000. However, you're in the wrong investment if you're looking for any direct correlation to SOLG pricing. Although it has an influence, it's a fraction of the influence it has on productive gold miners.

I increasingly feel that we are dealing with a one armed bandit. I cannot believe that two determined ,powerful and well financed outfits could be so evenly balanced in their strength, resources etc. Stalemate is not a contest but this could be achieved by one outfit keeping us there for a purpose.
