22/11/2020 12:42 | Don't forget to vote (AGM). | ![]() p@
22/11/2020 11:34 | Absolutely true to say that posts on this and other BBs are totally irrelevant to Solgold`s future. Is there anyone stupid enough to imagine that those actors who actually decide and control the future of Solgold read the posts on this or any other BB. The only really useful function of this BB is to relieve the boredom of the current tedious lockdown, but also to urge any shareholders who are listening, to vote, as I have done, in support of NM and the BOD. Solgold is undoubtedly going to be very successful, the only question is how successful!! Take overs look to pick up valuable assets cheaply, JV`s redirect some value and profit from the company and its shareholders to an outside agency, hence to me it is obvious that to maximize value, Solgold needs to remain independent as NM has frequently indicated, he and the BOD intend to go down that route. Undoubtedly this will be a long journey, patience will be required from shareholders, but patience will, in the end be richly rewarded. | ![]() tibszol1
22/11/2020 10:18 | Mk, I must have missed RPs posts to which you are referring. Suffice to say, if anyone has genuine inside information, they would be foolish to publish that fact. If true, it would be a breach of inside information. If false, it would be market manipulation. | ![]() lowtrawler
22/11/2020 09:28 | One thing is relevant Solg is going to be very successful whether continuing independently or J/V or part sell off or complete take over. Company can happily go along any of these paths. Success is assured. Let’s see what Monday brings. Meanwhile enjoy the sunshine. | ![]() mam fach
22/11/2020 08:58 | SOLG's success will come regardless of whatever postings RP or JL may or may not make! It's almost irrelevant. | goodgrief

22/11/2020 08:00 | Rougepierre. Why do you come out with these lies ? you do make yourself look extremly stupid or worse . Nothing wrong in saying what you believe will happen but to say you have a source And then relate it to the Chinese with stunning news next week is madness . And you filtered JL and pushed him away for telling the truth with articles from NM .rns.s company news etc . | ![]() mknight

20/11/2020 17:34 | Zoros, they have already said they are signing up with the providers and will provide those details. Unless BHP / NCM are involved, all hell will break loose. | ![]() lowtrawler

20/11/2020 16:32 | Trump is deliberately sabotaging the US economy and global political relations...sacking good people...inserting his cronies...refusing to concede...impeding the COVID effort while US cases explode... Meanwhile Steve Mnuchin has, in an extraordinary exchange, been directly criticised by Fed Chairman Powell for not only sabotaging any further Fiscal help, but also demanding the $450bn unused is predisposed and not used for such as pandemic needs... But US markets pretty unmoved...like their disgraceful self-serving protector, standing pat... There's a crunch going to come and gold is beginning to send it... AIMO as usual... | ![]() rougepierre
20/11/2020 16:24 | Lowtrawler - what makes you think Solg are going to mention anyone in a CFP (conditional finance package).??? It's not designed for that? Z | ![]() zoros1

20/11/2020 16:01 | Following up on my speculation over the provisional financing package. If I am correct regarding SOLG needing to get BHP and Newcrest onboard as part of the financing package, that process could prompt some interesting outcomes: 1. Will BHP / Newcrest propose a farm-in arrangement with SOLG being carried to production? 2. Could there be a JV? 3. Will BHP / NCM propose a bid for SOLG? It is likely that BHP / NCM will have been given early access to the PFS during negotiations. It should make any of these outcomes more likely as they are better informed. Assuming these discussions commenced last month, might we be close to releasing value in Alpala or even commencing the expected bidding process? | ![]() lowtrawler
20/11/2020 15:40 | Mwv, we can only speculate on the status of the PFS. The bulk of the document appears to have been ready for early October and some additional technical work was expected to complete end October. Allowing time for review, I would have thought they are close to it being final. I suspect their preferred provisional financing is ready to go. In my view, unless they have BHP and Newcrest as part of the financing package, there will be a huge falling out. SOLG will want to avoid that and so there might be some serious discussions taking place. | ![]() lowtrawler
20/11/2020 15:18 | Tibsolz1 - my opinion for what it's worth and having read and watched as many industry related opinions on solg over the last year+.....it appears that the status quo remains @ Solg. Apart from musical chairs in solg towers wrt the BoD nothing has really changed. The market knows it will produce a mine after 2025, it is waiting for the juicy BFS and there is currently no finance package to support NM's plan. So as frustrating as it seems, the gold and copper is down there and solg is up here and so it remains until we get a seismic shift in news/action. No need to teach you to suck eggs................
