18/11/2020 10:16 | Yesterdays news article helped and i would imagine the author in the mining journal would be slaughtered if he was making it up. If he knows then it wont be long before everyone else does which means that anytime soon the share price will take off . | ![]() mknight
18/11/2020 10:10 | After yesterday's flurry, the volume has disappeared today. My interpretation is that people were buying on the rumour yesterday and SOLG was likely tipped on the back of that rumour causing followers to dip in. The lack of volume today indicates that insiders don't have exercisable information. As I said yesterday, the article didn't reveal anything not already discussed on this forum and so we are relying on the author being better connected than us and basing their comments on "real" information as opposed to the speculative discussions we have here. Does anyone know if the author has a good track record? | ![]() lowtrawler
18/11/2020 08:31 | Perhaps "it" is the right pronoun as JL behaved like a bot. So, Cornerstone did not get support for their "hole in the corner" EGM, but the upcoming AGM must present some of the same opportunities, in particular, NM being up for re election and most shareholders not very interested in AGMs, whereas, they would certainly have focused/voted at an EGM? No doubt NM will want to be releasing some block busting information to bolster support before the 17 December. Quite a lot of media speculation again. | ![]() charlieeee
18/11/2020 08:24 | I'm not negative Mkn you nerd ! I'm pointing out the realities - (You know ! - the ones the key players will be taking into account !) that you seem incapable of understanding. No one benefits if the sorts of 'expectations' you peddle turn out to be nonsense. | dozyduck
18/11/2020 04:35 | Lets hope he will be back soon . POB69 and JL made a great team . Destroyed the negative DD on more than one occasion. The quality of the BB is not as good without him . | ![]() mknight
18/11/2020 00:02 | If anyone's missing JL, there's a poster called sol1 plastering the same stream of barely curated research all over the DGR board on HotCopper. | ![]() swanvesta
17/11/2020 23:23 | Congratulations rouge. Got four of the little blighters myself. Children change your perspective big time, grandchildren to a lesser degree and you start worrying about what sort of world we're bequeathing them. Never used to worry about that but things seem to have deteriorated massively over the last few years. Alternatively maybe it's a sign of getting older.Anyway I see you're popping up on our old favourite ATYM but that's still a one mine company whereas here we have multiple potential resources. I know which one I'd rather be overweight in. | ![]() husbod
17/11/2020 22:19 | Ecuador seen as potential major mining investment destination Ecuador seen as potential major mining investment destination Bnamericas Published: Tuesday, November 17, 2020 Representatives of mining companies operating in Ecuador highlight the geological potential of the country, which could make it an important investment destination. During the Expominas Virtual 2020, which is taking place in Quito and organized by HJ Becdach, Lundin Gold CEO Ron Hochstein said the geological potential of Ecuador is enormous and the responsible mining industry is essential for the reactivation of the country’s economy. Lundin Gold has the Fruta del Norte gold mine in Ecuador. The president of Toachiec Exploraciones Mineras, a unit of Atico Mining, said Ecuador could become one of the principal destinations for mining investment. Atico has the La Plata copper-silver-gold project in Ecuador, in central Cotopaxi province, which is in the advanced exploration phase. Ecuador is located on the Andean Copper Belt, which extends from Chile to Panama and is estimated to host almost half the world's reserves of the red metal. Companies such as Australia’s SolGold are investing in the country in projects like Cascabel, where the Alpala deposit was in 2019 among the 10 most important gold-copper-silver deposits in the world, according to the Brisbane-based company. Other companies, including Anglo American, BHP, Grupo México and Lumina Gold also have invested in various projects in Ecuador and have their own projects in different stages of exploration. The need for Ecuador to form mining clusters, similar to those in Australia, Mexico, Chile and Peru, was also highlighted. Eduardo López, president and CEO of Ecuadoran company Sertecpet, said the country has abundant metallic, non-metallic and rare earth mineral resources to be able to implement mining clusters. cont.......... | ![]() mirabeau

17/11/2020 20:53 | Some propitious signs today and it was very tempting to add but I had decided to await POR results to see if it fulfils the earlier cries of "discovery" so that should that turn out well there in the South it could easily be sold to the Chinese leaving Rio and Alpala for established world players to share and fund while further exploration continues. Anything can happen in any combination but we do need POR to deliver. We`ll see. Patience is worth it. | ![]() arcadian
