There is no logic mate...

Copper right on a 5 year high and we have prospectively THREE Tier 1 prospects...

The thing is, the share price has probably been driven by takeover speculation the last few days...result? People don't dare sell...FOMO...

But there is a news vacuum and while the share price has risen 15% from the recent 'low' its only 14% below the recent 'high'...

So there's nothing much to go for...volume is currently at its lowest in more than a week and second lowest in 3 months, although it will undoubtedly improve on that by the end of the day...

So in this hiatus, MMs happy to make a market either way and I assume there is no Buyer hanging around because a few minutes ago these were the prices...

So as for much of the last year or so, its wait and watch but it may only take one piece of news such as the Porvenir update for this to spike...and retest 43p if not the all time high of c46...

The PEA was initially issued to Solgold by Wood Group on the 18/4/19 then with comments from both Solg and Cgp took till 7/5/19 to get to a final version. After that it took till 20/5/19 to issue to market.
On the basis it took a month from first draft to market issue for the PEA are Solg already commenting on the draft of the PFS or is it already signed off and they are waiting on conditional financing before market issue?

Could someone please explain to me the logic and rational behind Solgolds sluggish share price action. The Solgold narrative is all about copper, and copper over the last six months has almost doubled in price, and today's price action is very lively.
I suppose if you were to take the mid March lows for copper and Solgold, one could argue that they have in fact moved up in tandem, but with each passing month as more projects are proved up, Solgold shares should be flying. Patience of Job required!

Things are moving on now at the copper moly project near Solgold*s Alpala project in Ecuador. So, far Codelco has spent $60m in the project and now ADVANCING to PFS & FS.

Solaris was to drill to 1,500m. Inferred 124Mt @0.7% Cu Eq.

My Comment:
Hole 2 Porvenir*s target depth is 1,500m. Solaris is "nearer" to Porvenir in Southern Ecuador. Solgold*s Porvenir Hole 1 returned 570m @0.69% Cu Eq.
including 188m @0.73% Cu Eq & 106m @0,86% Cu Eq. [Solgold RNS, 4 Nov 2020]

Hole 1 Porvenir from 570m to 909.3m remain pending re: assay results. Hole 2 Porvenir target depth is 1,500m and expected to have been reached.

Solaris consider their results as above to be "HIGH-GRADE". Solaris is "near" Porvenir in Ecuador.

SOLGOLD AGM, 17 Dec 2020:
I received my Solgold AGM letter in which it says the AGM will be virtual via Lumi [London time 11am].

One has to wait for the resolutions to be passed prior to further execution.

Meantime, Porvenir Hole 1 has turned out almost like Alpala, only it starts from surface which is handy. As for Tandayama, Cascabel, that could be also useful to provide a province play at Cascabel besides Alpala.

The share price is "MARKING TIME" as they say.

RP, this is valuable metals versus the emperor's clothes. ie, something physical and real as a store of wealth and currency, as opposed to something that's not actual, physical or real. The 'value' is predicated upon it being increasingly difficult to 'create' this unreal thing. But perhaps it could evolve into a gold backed 'coin'?
Right now just about everything seems on the verge of diving down the rabbit hole, gold and land you can hold and trust, but digits in a computer?

Lefrene - agree, it is a game that the elite manage to keep in play. What will break confidence in currency, law, government who knows but trust is a transient thing as many empires have discovered. If we can get back to UK law which has served us well for many centuries and politicians focus on the majority rather than the myriad of minorities whose power base seem to be solely social media then perhaps there is hope.
In the meantime PM's and other Key commodities seems the best place to be.

Must say I'm a bit disappointed today. I thought this would go on abit to 40p with the movement of yesterday. Still no matter. I reckon we shall have to wait till AGM for positive movement one way or the other.
