DD-So you are stating that people can write broker notes without a FCA licence to establish they have the required qualifications etc?
Can I check with the FCA and what you said about do not listen to broker notes, there is no benchmarking eg Liberum Initiation Note: Benchmarking Alapala etc.
Also, shares are not "VALUATION" driven but just buyers and sellers and that all are penny stock meaning Solgold. Is £700m+ a penny stock?

Oh, its DD next. RP said he is grateful to you etc so you are both from the same feather?

OK, off now, kindly dont comment on my post as I will not reply from now onwards. Just like the lse in the old days, as one after the one comes on like baton passing.

I have checked the open LINKEDIN profiles if I see a note written because most of them are written by the Head of Research and often they show extensive experience and qualifications. But DD said they only need intelligence and experience ?. Not from the LINKEDIN PROFILES. From all the profiles I have checked to see who wrote the note eg Head of Research, they are ALL QUALIFIED and worked at senior positions at top investment firms. Ahhhhh, so DD, you are saying you are NOT QUALIFIED, hence you do not know about benchmarking, valuation etc? Logic isnt it? Why did I ask if you had a higher qualification than RICHRD KNIGHT that does all the notes and is high profile. If you say that there is NO BENCHMARKING then you must be HIGHER PROFILE THAN RICHARD KNIGHT, a house hold name.

As well, as you talked of NM but he is advised by Ingo who headed and started the Metal Division at Hannan & Partners. Hannan was former Chairman of JP Morgan so Hannan is a top class tier 1 investment bank.

I asked if you had a higher ranking than Dr Ryan Long, Head of Reasearch at Edison because if you know better, than you must be higher ranked and more qualified than Richard Knight, Dr Long, Ingo etc.

No ANSWER from you. If you are, then maybe people might think oh, he*s Head of Metal Division, JP MORGAN OR GOLDMAN SACHS. So, you are saying you are the HEAD OF JP MORNING OR GOLDMAN SACHS IN LONDON IN CHARGE OF MINING RESEARCH. Only JP & Goldman are international investment bankers so you seem to not know any of the 101 of Finance and Valuations so are you from Goldman or JP since you say you are better than anyone else? Just asking.

Dear oh Dear ! Bunfight at the Solgold corral.
Always happens in the end on these 'forums' (And JL. You don't need an FCA licence to state opinions or share predictions on these boards. And neither do analysts need them. What they ought to have but don't always are professional qualifications and, more, in order of importance, they need intelligence and experience.

To say the share price of Solgold ended at 32.8p is remarkably strong given all the wild predictions = it HELD and didnt fall like a stone to 25,26 or 10p as RP says.

So, that is FACTUAL BASED ON FRI*S CLOSING PRICE.

If you say it closed at 32.55p, it could be the average but on the stockbrokers quote it will give 2 quotes and it was not 32.55p as it is never 1 price but 2, one sell and one buy price.

If you note, I have been here and had not time to look yet but I will later.

IF AS YOU SAY, IT COULD GO TO 55P, THEN WHY SAY ITS GOING TO 25,26 OR 10P - A CRAZY DROP OF 75% IN A DAY OR TWO WITH NO REASON GIVEN THE NEWS DUE FROM SOLGOLD RNS*s.

That*s all. I wont be replying and you will have to see who to convince as I said I will NOT BE SELLING ANYONE ANY CHEAP SHARES. Mon, 2 Nov 2020 at 6:50pm.

Still NO GUARANTEES FROM RP. I have just been to the LSE Solgold forum and it states 32.55p and 32.8p = 32.55p to sell and 32.8p to buy.

I only saw the price on my stock account being the advertised earlier before I got into this conversation.

SO, ITS BEING A FAILURE TO TRY TO CONVINCE PEOPLE ON ADVFN SOLGOLD AND NOT DARING TO POST THE SAME ON LSE.

That post at 12 noon is not the same as the ones in the last 1 and a half hours here.

PROOF OF THE PUDDING -end of conversation. I am STILL NOT SELLING CHEAP SHARES JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE POSTING YOUR WILD PREDICTIONS - from 43.8p say at the high to 10p means the stock will have to fall almost 75.3% WITH NO REASON? Share prices do not FALL ON NO REASON.

Has anyone seen a share fall 75.3% in a few days per RP prediction for any stock WITHOUT AN RNS OR REASON? I have seen NONE in my time for no reason or not a bear mkt in commodities that takes years per the evidence.

GOLD HAS GONE UP and CEO of Newcrest*s is correct in his interview and he said uncertainty helps gold. Not uncertainty makes Solgold fall - gold has gone up NOT DOWN today due to safe haven from UNCERTAINTY, not the other way round per RP.

"will not post on the London South East Solgold forum what he is telling us here"

From 12.00 TODAY on LSE:

"Where is the support?02 Nov 2020 12:00

Chart looking worrying...Technically Roger may be right on a retrace, but unless we hold around here I can't see any obvious support above 25/26...We desperately need boozer news...but NOT until the Election uncertainty is out of the way, otherwise it will be lost...Citi will know that and advise NM accordingly...release into a rebound...AIMO as usual..."

I haven't told you how smart I am...I haven't implied that I am smart because "I've been here since 2p..." because I haven't...I started in Feb 2018 at 21p and sold out half at 42p...part of my strategy...

I then averaged down again to 18p in March 2020 and bought into the placing at 21.5 or whatever it was, leaving an average just under 20p again...

I would normally sell half when they double but at 42.7p I decided to only sell 1/4 which I wanted to invest in gold and silver shares like Blackrock Gold & General, GPM, HOC, FRES and CEY...but also kept 3/4 because like jl I believe in the story here...

Meanwhile the gold/silver shares did well and I had spare cash to buy back into SOLG at 34.25...it was circumstantial...you know the rest and I'm not going to repeat it...

You could say I was wrong not to sell all 1.2m but you also could say I was right to sell 300,000...

We all make decisions all the time...as a stockbroker I took on the adage that it is never wrong to take a profit and BTW I gave a lump of cash to each of my children, thankful of my own good fortune...

Right now my ISA is down £80,000 from its high when SOLG hit 43.8p...you can doo the maths...£90k is because of SOLG...but do I care? No, because I expect them to at least double again from here...I don't know when...and that is NOT advice...it is an opinion...

I have NEVER claimed to be clever, as you pointed out. I have openly stated that I still hold 900,000 and the fall more than wipes out the profit taken at 42.7...

You pays your money...

Goodnight all...

RP is now posting Schemiel who also SOLD OUT.

Why? Why, sold out and then say they will buy back? That can only be ON OTHER PEOPLE*S MISTAKE FROM LISTENING TO THESE SCARE STORIES OF GOING TO 26,25 OR 10P.

Today, the share price held 32.8p - MEANS THAT THERE IS NO PANIC EVEN WITH THE SCARE STORIES BECAUSE THE HOLDERS ARE OLD-TIMERS WHO HAVE HEARD THESE SCARE STORIES BEFORE.

If people wanted to sell, everyone knew that 45p was the HIGH for Solgold so why start to sell at 32p when it could have been sold yonks ago at 43.8p?

In the US, people who say they are GURUS have to post their TAX RETURNS TO SHOW PROOF. So, hence why I say that saying one has X shares or made Y profits is of NO USE. No one wants to know or NEED KNOW - that is private to keep to self.

What if YOU ARE WRONG? Have you thought about that? What is there are NEWBIES who get scared and they sell at a LOSS? If you are not advising, then why do you say you are so clever at trading implying that people follow you?

There is BARCHART and a whole host of free sites that tell RESISTANCE & SUPPORT if they want to know but you gave no links.

Charts are historical in that news ie RNS can move share prices.

If you make clear that you CANT GUARANTEE but just talking wild guesses, people will know but since you say you are good at it, does that not mean you want people to think you are a genius or GURU in Solgold? Its implied since you made £60k as you say.

OK, RP, if people want to listen to you, then they have to take the risk or else ask you for a GUARANTEE PERSONALLY since you now suggest you are SPOUTING?

People*s money and life savings are involved so we the people have to POST RESPONSIBILY know that others are less experienced and shaky and may just listen? Have you considered that?

You are still NOT DARING TO POST ON LSE what you are repeating here for the X time. Why?

Rougepierre.

Your 900k has lost you alot of money by not selling them alot more than the 60k you have gained. If you were that smart you would have sold the lot at 42pand then buy the lot back at the bottom of the market .

But you come on here telling us how smart you are.

"I mentioned Novicehunter posting on lse about the share price closing remarkably strong ..."

It closed with an Uncrossing Trade of 121,652 at 32.55 down another 5%; down 26% from 43.8 and down 24% from where I sold ...0.3 above the low for the day and .05 above the lowest price for the last 1/12 hours...

It could go lower still or bounce back...I have no idea...I just gave an insight into why I sold all the shares ~I had bought back...and I also made clear I would be delighted if they went higher...

I am NOT a trader. I make informed judgements all the time...sometimes they are wrong...I'm not expecting the price to go to 25 or 26, nor 55 this week...

But there are circumstances in which I would buy back some or all of the shares I resold, but that is a judgement I will make at the time...if I share it with others, it is NOT advice...just throwing another factor into the melting pot along with the hundreds of things you refer to in a week...

Its all part of the mix...

Right, we have finished this conversation with RT and DD. We, as in the people here. I have one rule and that is it is not necessary to brag about one*s profit or that one is clever at trading. That is something to keep to self or to tell people in the pub as maybe they might be fazed. However, on this forum, many are old-timers and therefore other things matter.

See, everyone can see that you want to tell us all about how clever you are at trading. I mentioned 43.8p because that was the high. OK, enough from me. If others want to follow you when to sell and when to buy, they are liberty to and if they lose their shirt, it will be up to them.

I POST NO PRICE PREDICTIONS AS I HAVE NO FCA LICENCE. THAT IS THE FUNCTION OF FCA LICENCED HOLDERS AND THE FCA ENSURES THAT TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FOR GOOD REASON.

Just saying on a forum after the fact means no one takes note in general.

If you want followers, try on lse as there are many people there.

Not here. Too few people to brag to otherwise, tell us all your share trades - do want to know = NO. We want NEWS ABOUT PROVENIR & FACTS , not trading ADVICE.

I have just seen your 2 posts on lse. No price predictions or your trading prowress but you just told Ship: "Are you naive jeez."
Then before that, you are lecturing on Race Relations.

No one is listening to you on lse.

I did know you were redknight on lse.

I do NOT EVER POST PREDICIIONS on share price as I have no FCA licence and it can be deterimental to other people*s holdings and is financial not fair or responsible.

I will not post on lse to get a ban as AIMEXPERT TRADER GOT A LIFE-TIME BAN and many others.

You have 1710 lse posts and you call your self an expert? I am not being rude but many that have survived life-time bans have 44,000+ posts and they NEVER POST PRICE PREDICTIONS as they know what will come next.

I DID sell at 42.7p...not 43.8p...can't you read...

I DID buy back at 34.25...

I DID sell out again at 35/6...

I will HOLD 900,000 for a much higher price...

I MAY buy back at this price or lower if the US market stabilises...
