With the II's backing here, I would think they will have been given a more detailed update. If some of them take up the warrants at 10.00 pence, it certainly puts a floor under the share price as the balance sheet will be extremely healthy and the trading outlook is very positive.

Boss is speaking this afternoon at Mello lets see if he has the power. Good chance not a lot have heard of them and then combine the bullish trading update there will be demand later and Monday. 9.5p mid to buy now need some more volume again
it's gone very quiet.

Despite the current dip in the share price, I do not believe the MM's will be sitting on many shares and are just catching out day traders who were expecting a spike yesterday. I would expect the price to climb marginally over the next few weeks and stay there until we get to the warrant expiry date of the 15 December.

After that, assuming the Aberdeen Hotel opening is announced and possibly some new contracts on the back of the V2 launch, who knows, but it could be very interesting given the current low mkt cap of the company.

If EDWARDS SECURITIES LTD dispose(d) their remaining 5626250 (2.65 %) as per last holding RNS on Oct 8th then we would not see an RNS as they have already said they are under 3% so any futher sells I believe can be done without having to issue an RNS.

Last years numbers with poorer margins and higher administration costs so I'd not be concerned if turnover does not match last years.

Odsjp: I believe it was 13000 room nights sold just in H2, so you'll have to add the H1 numbers as well.

Hope the 400k was a sale we might get to see soon who the seller is.

I really expected 12p minimum this morning but the seller put paid to that but I added 200k today and this is by far my biggest ever investment in one stock I am so confident of a good return medium term here.

Snoozebox (LON:ZZZ): Trading Update

Market Cap: £20m; Current Price: 9.5p


•Improved trading in the 2H14
•A 50% increase in room nights sold to 13,000, occupancy rates over 90% and a 25% increase in average revenue per room to c. £150 has led to improved YoY trading for Snoozebox.
•Furthermore, advance room sales for 2015 have been strong with a number of events already sold out. As at the end of October, the business had £20m of cash after a £10m drawdown in September.


NORTHLAND CAPITAL PARTNERS VIEW: 2014 is stacking up as a turnaround year for Snoozebox. The business has funding to rollout new portable hotel rooms and the reduction in cost base combined with the increase in demand implies the business looks to be in line with forecasts for FY14. The stock is trading on >4x EV/Sales which isn’t undemanding in our view however with FY15 events already sold out next year looks highly encouraging

That was the uncrossing of level2 trades at 10p the price will open the same as close but will show down 0.375p so a bit misleading.

Does anyone know what the revenue forecast is for 2014? The update mentions that they are comfortably inline with the forecast.

If I look at the 13,000 nights (2000 for H1 and 11,000 for H2) at an average rate of £150 then the revenue is just short of £2M. I

I have revenue for last year at £6.7M. What am I missing? Thanks.

We will find out who the seller is because they must have 3% or more to keep
this buying in check.

I bet at 7.30am we were all expecting a lot more than the current 1.3% up but we do have a overhang. We will get our good rise when that clears.

ryan83 - it may be Edwards Securites. They reduced their holding in October down to 2.65%, 562,000 shares.

If they have been selling, then I think with the recent buying and the trades today, they would be cleared out, if that is their intention.
