Well bid around 9.9p and well offered 10.15p...

Not sure what the reversed trades are, I see it happen on other stocks as well.

Buys trickling in, but it is still 4 v 1 to the sell side. Can't make up my mind whether it is in the MM's interest to keep the share price at this level until the warrants expire.

What do you reckon the 100k trades are....it's not that easy to tell ?

Maybe because there has been some buying today it's a sell order.

Buyers coming for this now in anticipation of a very decent rise once those 100m 10p warrants expire on 15th December.

I am convinced this will rise significantly after that date.

If we assume there remains 220m shares in issue the market cap is still below the stated £24m net asset value. At current levels the operating business is valued at near zero.

Broker target is 18p

Only 14 trading days to go before those 100m pesky warrants expire. I doubt many will be taken up so we do not have to worry about much dilution ahead.

It will leave ZZZ with only circa 200m shares in issue, well funded and with a £15m loan facility available if required, not to mention a considerably improving P&L account.

We are now in range of T20 traders and other new investors who may like to take a punt on the possibility that the shares will be allowed to move ahead once clarity on the warrants is in the market on 15th December.

The shares are still trading below net asset value of about 12p per share, the most recent broker coverage suggests a target of 18p.

My guess is we may see 14p-15p soon after December 15th, there will surely be a rush of buying soon after that date IMO.

I'd say the 333k trade is a buy. There was a stage where you could not sell any online at 9.5p then it jumps to 9.71p and somebody sells 250k which then fills
that buy order at 10p.

Well, let's see whether we see an increase in volume. I suspect not given the warrants expiry date of the 15 December, but I would like to be proved wrong.

Great news today and in recent weeks and especially today too, Im surprised this is not alot higher right now. The chart looks amazing if it breaks through 10p, and we could see some significant upwards momentum from here. See charts!!

Share dilution for cash. All depends if the cash is used wisely to effectively grow the franchise, or will it be used for some fancy HQ with a tank of exotic fish in the foyer? I suspect that share price growth will be held back, although the company will have a stronger balance sheet.

Maybe because the real profits are not going to happen until 2016 but if they sign more deals like today's they might be revising that to H2 2015

For me I feel really good about this doubling but know it will not happen in a week although that could change overnight if it was tipped.

Just happy we seem to be on a winner even if the share is still stuck under 10p

So, quite a disparity between the broker valuation and the current share price. I can't quite decide what I want to happen with the warrants. Yes, the company now has access to debt financing, but we do not know what the terms are and raising funds via the warrants at 10p may be more attractive in the longer term.

Either way, I now see 10p at the floor and as more and more contracts are announced, I see us heading much close to the broker valuation.
