come on zzz when are we going to hear that we are opening a hospital accommodation unit with Compass Group?

Hoping that nest week we will get the new units rns, a positive trading update and a new contract or 2 for the old units. Well we can but hope.

21trader....This event is not aimed just at investing in the companies that present. There is a huge amount of educational material and networking that is built into the three days with panel sessions (hxxp://mello2014.com/panel-sessions/), A ShareSoc Masterclass, our own version of Dragons Den and so much more... I only have a grand total of 800 tickets as the Conference Centre has a maximum capacity and the lecture theatre where the main presentations will take place has limits too. Why should I give the tickets away ?

I went to the Uk Investor show yesterday in London and there must have been at least 1500 people who went through the door and over 3000 registered for free. Frankly two hours was more than enough and there were only four companies to see. It was really for trading platforms and there were companies called 'Eezitrader' and 'First for Parking' as examples of exhibitors. It had far less stands than I expected but there were a few decent presentations on offer during the day and it was free !

My show is completely for the more serious long term investor who is prepared to pay to attend and see the best presenters, top entrepreneurs, superb panel sessions and nearly sixty investible companies. Every day of the three will be completely different. The ticket prices are a ridiculous bargain for what is on offer and the amount of work that has been done to get it this far.

If the mello2014 event had been free then my full capacity would have been filled in two days and tickets would have been changing hands on a black market as they would have got into the wrong hands. I am very comfortable that, with just two weeks to go, we got the pricing right. So you pay your money and take your choice...

There are nearly 60 companies presenting and over 20 really excellent keynote speakers through the three days so well worth a visit. I have a tiny few half price tickets left if anyone cares to email me.

Observer007 - given how quickly this share can react to positive news, you could well be right.

I am pretty convinced there is some very good news in the pipeline here and insiders have wind of it.

The financial situation is improving rapidly, extracts from the interims below.....


'Achieved consistently high occupancy levels with room rates ranging from £160 to £330 per night'

'£2.6m improvement in pre-exceptional EBITDA loss reduced to £1.6m from an adjusted £4.2m in the same period last year'

'Central overheads (administrative expenses) reduced by £1.7m, to £2.4m from £4.1m in 2013'

'Cash balance at 30 June 2014 of £11.7m and net asset value of £24m'



Net asset value is 12p a share alone, the company is only valued at £16m currently, the share price does not reflect the progress made or the strong financial position.

My guess is the share price could be north of 20p within 3 months.

Given that the company will want the share price beyond the warrant price of 10.00p which expires on the 15 December, I would expect to see some very positive news to go along with the launch of the next generation hotel launch in November.

No pressure on me then. I'd feel more comfortable in buying my tips before they have moved or 5% up like ZZZ at 7.25p or less but it's holding at this level and
any move up will be very bullish for tomorrow

Lots of reasons why this is being bought, even at 15p the company would only be valued at £30m

They were sales because the mm's had not a bean of stock so the prices they got matched the online price but the stock quickly found a new home. Now 9.05p to buy
so some stock available at this level despite the 70k buy just now
