These are 45' boxes cottoner, there can't be that many people who could hide one of those in their garden. But with the casualization of much of the minimum wage workforce, I could see a type of housing evolve on edge of town sites where temporary workers could have their box parked, and then move it to another town as they follow the job.

See right now no quote to sell online and you can get size at 9.82p.

But in the medium term that buyer will make 50-100% if they keep making deals
like today

Nice buy there at a big premium shame they do not understand how it works and split the trade and easily get it all around 9.9p.

Also the mm who took that upped bid to 9.625p and got all the stock back before
having to show that trade easy money or what.

Reminder:

A portable "pop up" hotel made from shipping containers could be built in Aberdeen by former racing driver David Coulthard.

The 160-bed Snoozebox development would be constructed in the Bridge of Don area of the city.

Former F1 racing driver and Snoozebox president Coulthard helped the London-based firm make its name accommodating spectators at the British Grand Prix.

A Snoozebox spokesman said: "We continue to explore a host of opportunities in key cities throughout the UK create semi-permanent hotels and accommodation units.

"As part of the process, Snoozebox regularly holds discussions and develops plans to progress opportunities.

"The company does not comment on opportunities under development that may or may not have been concluded."

The temporary hotel would operate for around five years if Aberdeen City Council grants planning permission.

Very good contract and when the Aberdeen venture planning consent is confirmed later this month, people will then realise how much potential this company has.
Remember, the Institutional Investors are already invested here, and as confidence grows, I can see of them could well increase their holding, George Soros for example.

Oil, gas construction etc workers migrate from company to company. If the contractors working for Premier Oil like the accommodation word will spread quickly as they demand similar facilities from other companies.

wow 2 ticks down already somebody is very upset by the news :-))

Be interesting to see how the mm's try to keep a lid they have been manipulating
the price down since the trading update will they be able to do it again.

At sub 9.5p offer there has been little stock and very well bid. At 9.75p offer
there seems to be a seller with lots of stock offered but a lack of holding rns's have left me a little baffled at what is going on

An announcement like todays will probably result in further contracts of the same ilk as other companies take stock of Premier Oil's initiative and see similar benefits for themselves.

This is the key line imo...

Construction & O&G cos have big bucks and have build time / drilling times that last many months / years.

Massive potential in these sectors alone for ZZZ. Then there's the leisure sector as well.
