If I've read this right...she's kept the 100% tax relief on AIM investment... for another couple of years....this should bode well for us.

'Abby Glennie, manager of the abrdn UK Smaller Companies fund, said the UK government “did not quite throw in the hand grenade… that many expected”, with the AIM market having ticked up immediately after the announcement from Chancellor Rachel Reeves.
Dr Clifford Gross, CEO of Tekcapital, went as far as to say that today’s Budget “provided certainty for London’s junior market”.

I had to ring my broker up a couple of days ago...it took me nearly twenty minutes to get through. I asked why it took so long to which he replied....'it's manic....it's a continuous 'sell','sell','sell' and was struggling to keep up with the orders.

They're probably waiting for the budget outcome....If Trafigura decide to withhold further funding due to the chancellors remit...then they may have to re-arange the 'funding forecast'...along with other measures...Let's see what the Chancellor comes up with in a couple of hours time. It's difficult to see Trafigura pumping money into the AIM when everyone else is pulling money out.

“Over and above that, people are worried about committing money to the UK ahead of the Budget. They’re no longer sure what they’re dealing with.

"Next accounts made up to 31 December 2023 due by 30 October 2024"

Looks like yet another fail to be added to the long list. Maybe they intend to, expect to, hope to, anticipate, look forward to, etc etc, release the AR by end Q4.
As for relist, dream on.

Next agm should be fun. BoD strutting on stage dressed in clown suits waving their wads in the air. "One day Rodders". I wonder what the clappies are going to make of that?

Bestdeal..I share your frustrations .16 years ive been invested here.Large holders and recent new employees give me hope that we are still on course for a ROI.The reality is that small shareholders have no rights even though the market rules say we have. The power and wealth dictates not only in business but in almost every aspect of society. There is absolutely nothing we can do other than wait for the pleasure of a ROI or the disappointment of finding out we have been screwed by the power and the wealthy.A sad reality bestdeal but thats the reality. The only platform to put our board under pressure is the Agm.Demanding answers and not letting them off the hook.I dont attend AGM s and its the cost of going to london that restricts me .i should go and ask questions..where are the wellheads would be something i would like to hear the answer to..

It must be clear to everyone now that these wallas are filling there boots with no concern whatsoever about retail shareholders. We may not be able to wield a majority shareholding but surely there are enough of us Collectively cause them some degree of discomfort and maybe get them to get a shift on to return some value? Or not!

We should have been re-listed by now, losing $8 a barrel by 2026...is a lot of profit down the plug hole....and then there's the budget.

'...the global supply of oil will exceed demand by an average of 1.2m barrels per day (bpd), pushing down prices from an average of $80 a barrel for Brent crude this year to $73 a barrel in 2025 and $72 in 2026.'.

last AR...

Going Concern.

The Directors have prepared a cash flow forecast for period up to Dec 2024.

(Where's the next lot of cash coming from....ie, earnings or loans?)

With the un-ending, continually promised missed relist dates, the days of raising cash via new share issues may be at an end. New potential investors will undoubtedly be wary.....in short...failing the promises to relist may mean the bod have probably shot themselves in the foot by closing one avenue of raising cash.(....unless of course, you're part of a group building a stake as an asset stripping 'predator'....The oncoming increase in Capital Gains Tax makes Tende, with their, $100m 'Retained Profits' ie, 'loss', a valuable asset to an entity with deep pockets and a heavy tax liability)

It seems that others think so too.
