PLUS- if it was leaking good news JPJ would be active. Not as active as AIM would be because only those close to the company know who/what and how to use JPJ, but a close leak would be activating insiders who do know JPJ... IMO 😏

PS I have 2 million shares on sale on JPJ just waiting for any of the hardcore believers. 🤣

HTR voting is an entitlement not a requirement. They do not care whether you vote or not. If you want to vote its on us to ensure the paper work is done, usually through your stockbroker.

But in reality, individually we can influence nothing, not sure small holders could collectively either but we would have to organise anyway and the likelihood of that is is next to zero.

*edit arguably it is your stockbroker that has an obligation to send on the notice of the AGM and the voting proxy form. ii and Barclays usually do in my experience

Re- appointment of directors, re-appoint auditors.. to name but two resolutions that require shareholder approval, either by of proxy voting or show of hands. With respect to the latter, an AGM quorum is required to be set up, however, the former is more of a concern in so much that you have to ask yourself, when was the last time you, as a private shareholder, were required to submit a vote on a resolution?...which implies that if they can 'influence' or control the majority of the shareholders..... we, as minion, minority shareholders, are no longer required.

The main men are all working out of Dubai. All info on what they are up to out there has been withheld. Nor anything revealed about Tende Energy Dubai.Check out new CFO McMurtrie. His cv shows that, once appointed, he doesn't hang around long. 18 months seems the going rate before moving on, brought in for a purpose, namely to complete specialist M&A activity for whoever engaged him. Forget the AIM listing nonsense which continues to be trotted out.

Not sure how there can be no more AGM, pretty much any action will need voting on, From listing to T/O to liquidation (unless he is being pedantic , I suppose the votes could come under a GM)

Lets see if the results appear ontime. That said, like everything else from this company, I am not holding my breath on either the AR turning up, or if it does, having anything hugely significant in it.

Rugby in the pub after the AGM.alledgedly.Unless we were there we can never be sure but im happy thats what he said.I suspect there will be an EGM unless there is another means of voting a takeout..with results due next week it will be interesting to see if henderson was correct or if we get an AGM date

18 million is a lot of money Doc.its odds on that the people heading up petropolymer will be smart and savvy individuals.I suspect our pain is coming to an end.Henderson stating at the AGM there would not be another AGM.Results next week so it looks like its albut over now.

More fool Petropolymer Int then for being scammed out of a cool $18m they handed over to Tende 16 months ago. Shame about Dangote`s mega-production of polypropylene.

Hi Bron, hope your all good, still keeping the faith here also, agree this has got to be a whole lot more then a aim listing. Vat I agree Oil and gas stocks on the aim and the 250 had their glory days 10- 15 year ago. Oil and gas stocks rated a lot higher in new York.
