The only Etu deal outstanding at that time is for blocks 18-31-27. One month earlier, BoD were in Luanda to sign off something highly significant, again undisclosed.

16 years of coining it in. Line up the finance for another "partner" Company to acquire an asset. Funding comes through and is passed on. Asset quietly disappears. Individuals bag their pay-off, thank you very much. Rinse and repeat. Nice work if you can get it. Shareholder return = zero.

If there was going to be another extension I would think that would have been announced by now on Companies House.

But of course that doesn't necessarily mean that our Directors will comply with the current deadline!

Looks like all these so called joint ventures eventually realise that this company just exists off everyone else's coat tails and is basically useless. Hence the same outcome time and time again.

Not sure if this is the case here. I believe they know exactly what they are doing and not in a good way that will end in our favour. This really needs to END.

Bron...With the AR due shortly, we'll all know soon enough....It's what they DON'T tell you that requires close attention. I'm still hoping ing for a relist within this current tax year, ie, before next April.....irrespective of what Chancellor Reese proposes.
