Hopefully so Bron you have always been firmly in the takeout camp and lets be honest most of us here would probably prefer a straight takeout at a set price. A straight takeout would also mitigate any of us selling out to early if we do get a relist. Just a case of waiting now and seeing what unfolds. I can't see what else it can be deadly.We have had no updates on Tunisia or the Nigerian asset mentioned before Christmas which sounds nothing like the deal mentioned last night.So we have assets yet nothing to update shareholders.

Deadly.given the revelations on this bulletin board last night it's clear this company is in no way acting like a company going to production .if it was the funding deal for 600 million would have been announced to the market moving the share price north and raising money at a higher price than it did recently.This would be in the interests of shareholders as it would mean less dilution for the money raised.

will the AD if and when it might come have to be revealed around 3 weeks before any relisting onto aim? just wondered if anyone knows as if thats the case it would mean at least a near march relisting at the earliest if we hear news that is within the next couple of weeks

HTROCKA.AFC to my knowledge don't have a huge potential of funding ready to be invested,it usually comes from a particular fund one of which was a fund with Japanese investors mentioned on AFC,s website..I can only conclude Sirius has access to a large pot of capital specifically. in place and available to invest in assets and maybe related infastructure and that pot of funding cannot be used for Sirius,so working capital.The funding of sirius the listed company I would assume is independent of the funding pot.all in my humble opinion of course.logic suggests what else can it be.

600 million for funding agreed not recently it seems and how many other assets have we funded.I use the term "WE" lightly as we are I assume the middlemen in the funding process.When we look at the enormity of these amounts it seems laughable that we have to dilute at rock bottom prices for much needed funds.The 15 million wor king capital has to be paid back and it follows we must be producing oil and gas.On the subject of the oil and gas I would expect the oil to be marketed by different companies on each asset with glencore BP and now mercuria all in the mix.Funding has been the stumbling in Nigeria and sirius has a board of money men/bankers and in the past we also had a bond expert.All about Sirius setting up the funding and let the oil and gas experts take control of the oil and gas production.Sirius itself has never actually drilled or produced oil and gas but it may well be that we have funded oil and gas production for a percentage.Oil to Nigeria and gas for Export?.

Interesting Norwegian link, Bron. Could Aker Energy be our behind-the-scenes backer? Norway is significant imo due to prior connections ie Shelf Drilling, Add Energy, Dermot O`Keeffe. Throw in the poker-playing trio who manage ABO and the outrageously awful terms of the EHOGG cln deal which supposedly baled out not only Sirius but ATOG where David Sefton is heavily involved, and through other Cos DS has grabbed hundreds of millions of shares through ABO loans. What seemed like tenuous links may be forming the bigger picture. Surely it cannot be CMES-OMS alone, an oil services provider, that is tied up with the underperforming NPDC to manage two huge oil blocks.
Remember that Sirius proposed deal is an INDIRECT material interest, suggesting a TPOS-style tie into that osp. $600m sure is a big funding procurement, prob achieved through AFC.
