So if there’s a big backer somewhere, how come SRSP couldn’t find the funds to hire the Adriatic in November 2018 when they couldn’t draw down from LOG?

Without doubt there is a backer, an entity or small group of associates confident to dish out multiple loans to what the rest of us have perceived to be a dying duck. The team of BoD are experts in raising funding, and seem to have no difficulty in walking away from deals which no longer suit them. On the surface it looks like incompetence, but yet the ship inexplicably never sinks. Just recently a further £800,000 was lobbed in. Who is keeping it afloat as the transformational rto is sought ahead of relist?

Who’s been funding these guys for nearly 2 years if not from the capital raised from before de - listing. Their lifestyles certainly not changed to reflect our situation. Similarly if they’ve got a loan how are they repaying it (I don’t accept the possibility of a secret revenue earning well somewhere) and I simply don’t buy the friends with deep pockets sketch. Maybe they’re all on furlough !!!

New year! Same old Sirius! How many times have these guys given timelines in December at AGMS for mysteriously a few weeks later in January big delays hit! Let's hope the summer relist doesn't get delayed and then we will have people on here talking about red hot August's/ Indian summers and cruise ships till the next AGM!

I'm beginning to understand why the bod included so many references to share issues and settlements in the latest publication of the Articles of Association....(it seems that 'wonga', having been issued with shares, are slow to pay up and honour their agreements....as in the case below....'wonga' have been selling shares they haven't paid for....)

Yes speak to the company best bet for info, we should relist with one or more deals this year, as to when hopefully by summer and we could see a nice return after all these years and boy do we deserve it.

Once all is revealed finally we will then probably understand why things had to play out how they have, it's been a bitter pill to swallow waiting but totally agree with sherl0ck in that in all likelihood we wouldn't have had a investment left if we were still listed. Plus looking at it from another positive if we come back listed with a handful of assets then least we got half a chance of cashing out a bigger profit then selling at say 1p to get some money back. We still got all to play for in the first quarter just need it back listed and seeing the fruits of the harvest

I agree Sherl0ck, but it would have been nice if they had told us about non-completion of 109 with reason, and also if they'd updated us on 114. Surely they can't play the "commercially sensitive" card with all of these things, especially when something becomes dead.

Re: suspension - whilst painful for some, IMO it’s been a blessing in disguise. I’m not sure we’d have otherwise survived an unabated ABO death spiral, non-completion of 109, Ororo licence expiry & fire and major oil price collapse.

I noticed in the latest published 'Articles of Memorandum' they included the clause that 'no age restriction be given to directors'... Unless they get this up and running shortly, all the millions of options they hold between them will be of no value to them.... senior shareholders along with the directors... are all running out of time.

Maybe if this company stopped promising progress and actually delivered it and we where actually listed and sitting on a profit for once not huge losses for years on end investors may start singing from a diff hym sheet, will the bod deliver this year or will it be ground hog day again like the last 10 we where promised deals and income! I want out as I'm sure many do life is to short, here's hoping!
