HT.we have just had confirmation albeit from a subscription site that we have stumped up 600 million to develop oml65.I suspect nobody gives a toss about tunisia.Of course it's not our money and probably why we have to raise our working capital independent of our funding cashpile but it's a very positive revelation and if the subscription site has got it wrong I would expect future subscriptions to be damaged.

I appreciate it's depressing bron...but the BOD's current negotiations to obtain the 40% of ATOG has got to be done through and involves 'wonga'....(have you heard anything confirming that we've 'obtained 20% of ATOG by the end of 2020'...I thought not.).....I'll try and find some 'rose speckled' post for you...but it's proving difficult.

a bit more on the ABO mentality...(another ICON investor pulls out due to ABO's mindset....who seems to have sided with the asset strippers)

Fortunately the ABO deal was held at £1.75m out of a potential horrific-dilution £5m. Then further good sense as these cowboy crooks were stopped at just £430k drawn down for conversion, with the outstanding balance of £1.32m paid off in cash. Hit for 80-odd million shares, with another 30m thrown in as warrants.

A truly ludicrous deal good for nobody except the poker-playing trio that constitute ABO, along with their close associate David Sefton, who just happens to be a Director at ATOG, as well as several other of his Cos that have been pitched into the grasping arms of that EHGOF set-up.


Incidentally ICON, now with 37bn shares in issue thanks to ABO, down 61% today to a new low of 0.0025p. I suppose there`s some value in there for EHGOF holding 30bn or so but how can they realise that. I see the latest trade is a cool 200m. Obv a wipeout for ordinary pis over there due to Bargepole Enterprises being invited in.

and.........untill the ATOG deal get's acknowledged by SRSP....these 'asset strippers' currently own 50% of ATOG.......that SRSP are after.

I recall that several years ago I had a small investment in Wide Cells. Thankfully I saw the light and got out a long time ago.

Some horrendous goings-on at ICON....as a consequence of 'Wonga' involvement.... has cost three directors their jobs, who allude to the probability that 'Wonga' are nothing more than asset strippers.

I realise that ATOG are a private company...however, in view of SRSP's eventual 40% holding...presumably they'll be obligated to sign a 'Whitewash' clause.....before ATOG themselves decide to float.

Abuja — President of the Senate, Dr. Ahmad Lawan yesterday rejected the $30 per barrel production cost of the nation's crude oil, saying it is too high when compared to what is obtainable in other oil producing nations.

He has, therefore, canvassed a reduction in the crude oil production cost by International Oil Companies (IOCs) operating in Nigeria.

Lawan, who spoke yesterday when he played host to a delegation of Oil Producers Trade Section (OPTS) in his office, declared that the new Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) presently before the National Assembly would accommodate provisions to ensure reduction in the crude oil production cost when the bill is eventually considered and passed by the end of the first quarter of this year.

its been a long wait thats for sure twenty but the more you look at these little dots of info everywhere the more this is now beginning at long last to add up into a picture. i think what is being posted on here now recently is not very far from what will hopefully be revealed soon. I'm sure somewhere out there on the internet is the last bit of the jigsaw (news article)that will piece this all together and only a matter of time before one of us here clicks on that article. will news drop before this happens

Yes good posting here today, I would be amazed if some form of news does not drop by mid march at the latest. Could very well be this coming February as a open offer and AD and relisting will take a few weeks to organise and sign off a EGM so this can relist. I was wondering last night if talk of a open offer for pi's might be a actual takeover offer rather then a open offer to buy more discount shares??? You get the feeling we are finally on the cusp of something big here

Maybe the man behind the veil stepped in and was the reason the Glencore deal was scuppered.That never did make sense as funding was on offer from glencore although big dilution attached.Perhaps the orchestrator had a plan and that plan is coming to fruition.Corvus exited around this time period from memory and so it must have been a powerful Nigerian with influence that stepped in.A listed vehicle that took care of fundraising while the orchestrator took care of the assets.It doesn't make any sense that a small aim listed company run by money men could attract the calibre of companies that have crossed it's path.I doubt there are many influential Nigerians with strong relations with the government and DPR that would fit that profile.
