OIL RAGS---BEWARE FROM Adam Wagner --Police now have the phone technology if peeps are gathering more than the law permits as from 5pm today. A positive on the share prices .But a negative FOR freedom. They have us by the short and curls.or males with some knackered electromagnetic 5 g testosterone .So a bullet in the head or kick in the crutch?

As the BoD were given authorisation to issue new shares up to £15M "nominal value" (@0.25p) that means they are authorised to issue 6B new shares. If they are able to issue them at a price of say 1p, that means they would raise a total of £60M.

Of course just because they have authorisation to issue this number of shares, doesn't necessarily mean that they will definitely do so.

So somebody scooped up 2m by shelling out what will have been just over £20k.
Chancer? I think not. Sp has since been pushed up to 1.1p.

The sirius shares on JP site seem to be the only ones that are traded, most the others have never had a buy for ages, with only a couple of others having one or two recent buys. JP must be glad Sirius are listed on its site. Hopefully the recent trades are a sign of some good news coming soon

"Surely you'd welcome any in crease BH?"

Is that a trick question? Who on Earth wouldn't want a rise?

I think there is more value in the chateau musar posting than a 0.1% rise on Jenkins to be honest with you.

QPR - £11,000 is punt money. Most of us are in deeper than that and have been sweating buckets for years.

2 million at 1.0p is £20000. To make the effort to purchase via Jenkins with that sort of money isn't just a punt imo.

In the absence of updates from the company, JPJ is one of our few indicators that someting may be in the offing.

1.1p a 10% increase, not too shabby.

Surely you'd welcome any in crease BH?

I note a pair of matched 750,000 trades went though the JPJ site yesterday.Hardly earth shattering, but it's good to know someone wants to buy.Ok, matching sells but myriad of reasons why someone would sell, it takes an effort to buy!GLA

Before we re-list...we'll need one of these.....and hopefully they'll give us a bit of time to digest the information provided, (especially with the possibility of a new name.)
